Either they fix the tariff to avoid drivers asking whatever price they want else no more!!! Stay away

I left my phone in a taxi this morning and the driver claims it wasn't there. however find my i phone says different. When i called the office to talk to the controller I was met with rudeness, laughs and unhelpfulness. I am shocked at the service as a long standing customer and would never ever use swift again after this experience. Jade.

The taxi turned up quickly, I'm like great!

Unfortunately the taxi was very unclean and smelt pretty bad. There were nail clippings on the floor of the car and the seats were noticeable dirty. The smell was very off putting. Please note I had to sit in the cab for around an hour and a half to get to Gatwick airport.

I'm not expecting to be shoffured in a S Class Mercedes when I book a mini cab but it strikes me that certain drivers don't take much pride in their work. I've been in much cleaner cars in supposed third-world countries.

Otherwise the driver was pleasant, didn't drive too much like a nutter and I made it to my destination in good time.

Moral of the story is saving a few quid on a taxi doesn't always pay off for a comfortable ride.

The price which office tells you and what the driver tells you is 2 diferent prices.
Ignore them

If you are a woman traveling alone DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The drivers are very unprofessional and sexually harass women. The driver from Turkey and one driver from Kosovo harassed my 65 years old mum and 37 years old sister. The worst minicab company in London.

Am absolutely disgusted with these people. Quoted £58 & then charged £80. When I complained they fobbed me off with aload of rubbish! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! CON MERCHANTS! Will tell everybody how crap they are

Phone answered by a very unprofessional gentleman. I pre-booked my cab 5 hours ahead of time. I stressed the urgency that the cab is on time. The cab was not on time, so I called to get an ETA. The lady that answered was was extremely rude, said it will get me there on time and put the phone down on me! Unprofessional!! Poor poor poor! I thought Uber were bad! This firm is worse! I thought it couldn't get any worse. Back to Addison Lee I go!

I will write a separate post regarding the cab driver 05. He definitely gets 5 stars from me!

Very rude Operators. The way they handle the calls is just very rude and unprofessional.

Have used them many times before when travelling with my baby to and from airports and they're always friendly and forthcoming in the control centre, helpful drivers great value for money. Highly recommended!
