Great bike shop with fantastic service, staff are welcoming and helpful!

I suggest you steer clear of this store. I had some work done on my bike and asked how much it would be. When I went back to collect my bike the cost was double what they had said it would be.
They had taken it upon themselves to replace a part which was not broken, just a little worn, without asking me. When I asked them to put the old part back on as I didn't want it replaced, I was told they couldn't because it had been thrown away.
They refused to return my bike to me unless I paid in full. I cycle to work so I needed the bike back and had to pay their ransom, but I'll never go back there and wouldn't recommend them to anybody.

Bought my sons new bike from them. Very helpful staff. will definitely use them again.
