Excellent facilities. Great bar / restaurant on site. Superb views.

Fantastic campsite in an amazing setting on Kirkstone pass. The fields can be damp if there has been a lot of rain but the grass cover is excellent so it doesn't really matter. The ablutions facilities are excellent, warm showers and a laundry and pot wash room. There's a bar attached to site which is really good for a campsite beer without needing to head to the pub a hundred yards away. They had a quiz on the Saturday night we were there. The shop on site is well appointed and the staff Friendly and knowledge of the area. Top recommendation. We stayed mid September

I love this campsite, We have been around four times now. The pub has great food and caters for kids really well, in a healthy way, not just fish fingers and chips. Just real home cooked food. The campsite is peaceful with some beautiful sights.

Staff and food where excellent at the pub. Showers and toilets clean. Field was very water logged with no drainage. Very noisy site with groups of young adults and families. Most sites I've been to operate a no noise curfew after hours but this didn't seem to apply here. Great location and pub let down by noise and drainage.

Stunning views friendly staff great facilities! No reception but wifi can be purchased in pub. We had major tent issues but the staff found us a bunkhouse so we didn't cut the break short and only charged us the difference! Great with dogs too whole site accessible for them. Highly recommended

Beautifully situated campsite with great views. Clean and modern facilities make it a good all year round venue. Hard standing for campervans. On site pub serving well kept local real ales is a bonus. Efficient and friendly service. Will definitely be going back!
