Nice friendly staff and provide water for dogs

Awful service. Bought flowers delivered to wrong property as I noticed they where being sent to the wrong property we ran out. Driver acknologed mistake but just gave us a card to knock. This was our anniversary and I know mistakes happen but the whole point of the flowers was the surprise of them being delivered by someone else not myself, I would of bought flowers from a shop if I was going to do this I then rang Sylvia to be told "what do you want us to do we will collect the flowers and sell them again if you don't want them" She was rude from the beginning to end. I now have an ill fiancée who can't get out of bed to go for the meal we planned or any flowers. The worst service I have ever received in all my life.
