Symonds & Greenham have been really reliable and supportive throughout the process of selling my house. Through their recommendation of an excellent solicitor I was able to complete in 4 weeks. Brewer & Wallace Solicitors were highly professional, courteous and friendly throughout the entire process. They kept me up-to-date at every stage of the sale and I found the whole team really helpful. As a first time buyer I knew little about the purchasing process when I looked around a property with Symonds and Greenham 6 weeks ago. They were very supportive throughout the whole process helping me with every step and always being available to answer any questions. From the ease of getting an appointment the first day to getting the keys to me this week it has been nothing but excellent service. Everything I asked to be done was done quickly and without problem. All members of staff have been lovely and helpful.

The solicitors they recommended where excellent and they have a mortgage advisor on hand to help you if you require. The hope was always to move in before Christmas and this has only been made possible because of the efficiency and efforts of this company. I have worked in the property industry for several years prior to this and have not come across another company like this.

After struggling to sell my house through another local 'established' estate agent, I called Symonds & Greenham to enquire about prices and service offered. I found them to be very helpful and extremely competitively priced! It felt like they had more of a personal touch and were very keen to help too.
Although I didn't end up using S&G (as I was tied into a contract with my current agent and ended up selling my house before I served them notice) I would definitely recommend giving them a call.

Initially I used an online agent because I thought it would be easier and cheaper, but there was very little interest in my property. I then chose to advertise with Symonds + Greenham as their prices were very reasonable. Within a week I had offers and within a fortnight I had a sale agreed. Communication and overall service throughout the whole process was excellent, and the house has now sold. I even got a phone call from the Head Office to congratulate me on the sale!
