Hi everyone!
As most of you know I've been busy hitting the tarmac and training hard for the 2018 London Marathon. This year the event falls on Sunday 22nd April and if possible, I'd love to see a few familiar faces lining the route to cheer me on, provide words of wisdom or simply watch the old girl shuffle through 26.2 miles.
Obviously, there is another and more important reason for this post.... my charity page. I'm running in support of Haven House Children's Hospice - th...ese guys do and amazing job, provide a fantastic service and generally make life more bearable for those in need.

Has everything you could ever need! Weights cardio great martial arts programme with experienced coachs in all areas! And the opening of the Caribbean food finishes it off perfectly

Great friendly gym with fantastic staff. Regular MMA Krav Maga, and Jiu Jitsu classes both of which are run by excellent instructors. I would recommend Synergy to anyone in the area.
