T-Space is a full service architectural practice.

T-Space Architects Description
T-Space has been a leading architectural practice across a range of projects over the past ten years, working for some of the most design aware clients in the UK and beyond.
With over 400 projects in ten years, we have acquired an enviable experience and specialism in residential design enabling us to offer a truly bespoke service. We have accrued a very diverse portfolio of projects. The common thread is the desire to exceed expectations, manifest in the aesthetic quality and calm ordering of spaces, as well as pragmatic issues such as storage and utility. On other occasions, it may be creative solutions that optimise budgets or telescope timescales.
This resourcefulness is particularly evident during the planning process. We appreciate that a major part of our role is to steer projects through the maze of legislation. Our planning strategy may involve any mixture of Permitted Development and Planning Applications, of incremental applications or Appeal, of lobbying and negotiation. Whatever the approach, our perseverance is usually rewarded - we are proud to say that in the last 2 years alone, 98% of our projects have received consent.

T Space Architects were used by the family as Lead Consultants to create a sociable home that was as beautiful as it was practical. Across the back, a new extension clad in aluminium creates a dramatic contrast to the existing host building. The free flowing facets of metal and glass enclose dynamic spaces within, as well as define the outside areas. The new family room and kitchen revolve around the dining table and its relationship with the garden.

We are delighted to announce that we recently secured planning consent for mansard roof extensions and facade enhancements for properties in the Medway Conservation Area.
