We visited a few times before deciding on what we wanted and Tony and the boys were always very helpful and friendly. They let you know they are there if you need them and then back off and leave you to it. No pushy sales tactics. Found the perfect caravan for us and Tony gave us a good price on it. We liked a van from the pics so we put Down a deposit over the phone and tony was kind enough to hold the van for us until we could get down to see it. Unfortunately when viewing and working out space it wasn't quite big enough for us. Can't fault the service a deposit was refunded to us without any issues. Shame as it was a lovely van but would defo buy from again if the right van came up

Picked our Bailey Pageant Champagne up yesterday, still sussing things out on it, so far so good. Young Tony was a pleasure to deal with, nothing too much trouble, polite and very helpful. They always seem to have a good stock of quality used Caravans, well worth a visit if you're looking to buy, and the bonus is no high pressure sales, you're just left to browse at your leisure and they are there to help and answer questions if needed

No pushy sales people. Feel free to walk around and look in all the vans, ask questions and they are there to help. Tony stayed open late one night so me and my wife could go and look as we couldnt do it in the day due to work.

Nice starter van bought and even got a starter pack from them. When i upgrade TY caravans will be the first place i will go too.

I would recommend this caravan yard to anybody. Tony the owner was fantastic to talk to, he couldn't do enough for us. We left him with £500 deposit but unfortunately we couldn't get finance, Tony gave us our deposit back straight away. We will definitely be getting a van off him when we have saved up. After searching for a decent caravan for weeks on end with no joy, my partner found TY Caravans, and what a gem they are.
