Excellent way of looking at stress with your dog.
This is very useful for training, far too many of us skip number 5 and don't realise it. Keep sessions short with breaks in-between to let your dog decompress and digest what he's been learning.

So very proud of these guys, they have come such a long way, in the early sessions myself and the owners couldn't have a conversation as this would trigger frantic barking, today we sat for 1.5hrs laughing and joking.
Now with dogs that are less stressed the owners are looking forward to having family over for Christmas.
