Where do we start? Big Island - Hilo and Kona and then home via San Francisco. What an amazing 2 weeks we had, all carefully orchestrated by Linda. We had one slight hiccup while we were there (Not Charter Travel's fault at all) and the girls were straight on it when we rang. We poked a stick in volcanic lava, went horse riding, saw a rodeo, saw botanical gardens, a coffee plantation, a Lu'au, snorkelled, kayaked, learnt the culture, tasted weird fruit, watched whales flipping in the sea, shopped, visited museums, saw turtles and sea lions basking in the sunshine, rode all day on cable cars, found a spy shop, and a seriously gorgeous captain! Went over the golden gate bridge, into a redwood tree forest, managed to escape from Alcatraz and even got a nice tan while we were away!!

We've just returned from a fantastic holiday in Hawaii booked through Charter travel. Linda sorted everything for us and it went really smoothly, she was on hand at any time for any queries we had. She also helped with recommendations of places to stay and see and boy did we see so much. I would highly recommend using them for your Hawaiian holiday.

We want to give a huge Mahalo to Linda for arranging a perfect honeymoon for us. We were on a tight schedule because I have to work around school holidays and after getting married at the end of the summer holidays, we decided our honeymoon would fit nicely in to the Christmas holidays. This is only two weeks so we made sure we squashed in as much as possible. To begin with we flew from Heathrow to LA and then LA to Maui. This was a really long flight but it had to happen. We thought in future that we might stop over in somewhere like LA for a night or two if we had more time. When we got there it was all very smooth including the collection of our rental car. We went for a convertible which we'd highly recommend. Getting to the hotel was nice and easy and we had a warm welcome when we arrived. We stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Maui and it was beautiful. We were really impressed. The food was great and there were lots of options. We made sure we explored as much of Maui as possible including whale watching, making journey on the road to Hana, kayaking and snorkelling amongst others. We brought away memories which will last lifetime. Then it was time to leave Maui and head to Kaui to the Kaui beach resort. It was nice and easy to head over there on Hawaiian airlines and there was a quick transfer to the hotel. We wished we had a car here too because there wasn't as much to do at this hotel. It was smaller and quieter though which was nice. On Kauai we went tubing, on a helicopter ride and a land tour of the island.

Eventually, we had to leave Hawaii which was very sad. We flew over to New York and experienced a very different climate and culture but one we equally loved.

We can't thank Linda enough for sorting this all out for us. I was particularly impressed that she was always available! Whether it be a phone call or an email, we'd always get a very quick reply and the answer we needed - no mater how big or small our question was. We've booked many holidays and she has demonstrated the best customer care we've ever come across which was really important - particularly as this was the biggest holiday we've been on.

We're not sure when we'll be going back to Hawaii...we just know we will...so we'll be looking forward to sorting out out next adventure in the future.

We had an amazing trip to Maui and Oahu via Los Angeles which we booked with Linda's expert help! She put a great trip together for us, two best friends with four teenagers between us. She was always happy to answer my many questions leading up to the trip.� LA was an interesting and fun experience, Universal Studios was awesome and staying at the Hilton there was perfect. The traffic is horrific and it takes a long time to get around, but we managed to see all the fun bits which ticked all the boxes for the teenagers! I'd give Santa Monica and Venice beach a miss, as it's a bit on the rough side... But was fun to see the end of Route 66 on the pier!

Maui is simply stunning and Linda booked us into the Palms at Wailea which was fantastic! We had a car there which is essential and the driving is very easy. The road to Hana is really beautiful and not to be missed and we also loved the Haleakala crater sunrise which is simply breathtaking! It's quite a drive to get up there though so plenty of time is needed.

We stayed in the Hilton Village at Waikiki which was very busy but worked well. Waikiki is a really busy place compared to the tranquil Maui, but a great fun place to visit.

Pearl Harbour is a must, very moving and informative. So glad we went there.

Not long returned from a 16 Night holiday to Vancouver, Hawaii, Oahu and San Francisco! I think this is our 5th trip using Charter Travel and Linda and we are already getting quotes for our next holiday! Friendly and professional throughout and we've never had any problems in the slightest!



This trip was amazing, in Vancouver we did whale watching (saw 6 killer whales), cable car up to the mountains, visited shannon falls, went to an old copper mine, hiked a little, so clean and people are so friendly.



Hawaii was just breathtaking - ATV ride in Waipio Valley (Ride the Rim), ziplined across Akaka Falls, visited a private waterfall, went to the Volcano national park for a twilight tour, saw the glow of the lava!,Visited Hapuna Beach! Also hired a car courtesy of Charter Travel (Driving is a must in Hawaii - so easy!!) Fairmont Orchid is an amazing hotel!



Oahu - very different feel to the Big Island but has a great atmosphere there, our hotel was about 10 seconds away from Waikiki Beach, loads of great restaurants and bars to go to! Recommend Dukes! We visited Pearl Harbor, Dole Pineapple Plantation, Drove around the whole island in a day, went to a lot of the stunning beaches on the north shore! Also visited Kualoa Ranch which is a MUST if you like movies, we did the premium movie tour, and they were filming the new Jurassic World whilst we were there! They also offer horseback rides / ATV rides which looked great! Also Oahu is great for shopping!!



In San Francisco we finally got to go to Alcatraz after missing out a few years ago, walked across golden gate bridge, open top tour bus, and also went to Yosemite National Park, long drive from San Francisco but it is a stunning place!! All in all the perfect holiday organised by Linda and Charter Travel. (Can't wait to go back :) !

My wife and I would very much like to give 10 out of 10 for the excellent service and help given to us in arranging our wonderful 40th wedding anniversary holiday to the beautiful islands of Hawaii in March this year2016, the locations and hotels were great the reception we received at each location was second to none.
