Returns Policy

Full Price Items: -
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) to be received in their original condition*, in line with our returns period. Our returns period for full price items is 7 days from when you receive the item

* Returned items should be unworn, unwashed, in sellable condition, and with all garment tags still attached. If items received shown signs of being worn, washed, used, or are in an otherwise sellable condition, a refund will not be issued and the item(s) will be returned to you.
When returning any item(s) please allow 28 days from the day the parcel is despatched for your refund to be received.

Non Returnable Items: -
Sale items, Any items that have been worn, label removed, or has any makeup , deodorant or perfume marks.

Faulty Items: - I will strive to ensure that garments reach you in excellent condition. However, if you do find that you have received a faulty garment, or the wrong item has been sent to you please PM the page. Please do not send your item back before you have been contacted back.

Returning Items by Post: -
If you wish to return an item, please see the returns guidelines below.

To return, please enclose your details or a paypal receipt so we know who the items are from and always message first for full return details.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we strongly recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, and obtain a proof of delivery from the Post Office. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Returns that are posted back to us with no postage cost / incorrect postage cost paid may be subject to a refund deduction equal to the amount paid by us to receive the return.
