Without Tamsyn and our lovely group I'd still be a fat mess....it takes great courage to walk through that door....but what welcomes you is something magical and life changing that cannot be quantified....support, laughter, beyond motivational....the group really sets me up for the week ahead! We are family!!! Xx

This girl is most definitely 5­¤ī¤! I rejoined a few months ago and the welcome I got was incredible. She really knows her stuff and is energetic (even at 8.30 on a Saturday morning!), supportive and non judgemental. I always leave group feeling motivated and inspired. The other members are amazing too! If you're thinking of joining or rejoining, this is where to go ­¤śŖ­¤śŖ

Tamsyn runs an incredibly supportive and inspirational group on Saturday mornings. Her support and advice is sensible and sincere. I don't doubt for a minute that I can't achieve my dream under her leadership.

Sharing the good times and supporting each other through the not so good times is what make it an aw some group. Tamsyn is honest true and so understanding. Saturday mornings at Bloodmoor is the place to be.

IŌĆÖve been going to TamsynŌĆÖs group since March, needing to change. From the start I felt supported, if I was struggling she helped get me back on track. Staying to her group every week is so motivating, she has time for everyone, but we also have so many laughs which we all need. I wouldnŌĆÖt of been able to make the changes I have if it wasnŌĆÖt for Tamsyn and the people in her group.

I love this group , there's always a warm welcome & Tamsyn is full of energy, inspirational & genuinely cares for her members ! It's great to weigh in on a Saturday morning as you come away feeling motivated to stay on plan for the weekend ’┐Į

I joined tamsyn group in may 2017 after struggling for a long while with my weight!! I walked into the group so nervous and embarrassed but I shouldn't of been tamsyn was there with a huge smile and was so welcoming I instantly felt at ease with her and the whole group!! So much that I was able to talk about losing my mum and the emotional weight gain that came with that!! The group are amazing and so supportive if you want to lose weight and feel supported all the way tamsyn's Saturday morning group is the way to do that!!!! Xxxx

I joined Tamsyn's Saturday morning SW group in January this year. I hit target in March. No way i could have done that without the continued support from Tamsyn. On weeks when id struggled she would talk through where id gone off plan..... and encourage me to draw a line under it - and move forward. On weeks when i stayed on plan and got results, tamsyn and the group were there with a 'pat on the back'. I could txt Tamsyn at any point if i needed help and she'd be more than happy to offer advice. Even now ive hit target she is still happy for me to message her if i need help. Thanks for your continued help and support.

I joined Tamsyn at her Bloodmoor Saturday morning group, intending to only stay after weigh in for the first session to see how it works, but have stayed at every one since. This is due to the support that not only Tamsyn gives but the support everyone gives each other. We laugh and share experiences good and bad, and encourage no one is ever made to feel bad if they don't have a loss but feel on top of the world when they do. I thoroughly recommend this group!
