Very well maintained campsite running by a nice people. Madly flat area for tents. No problem to arrive late without reservation. Among other things (such are almost perfect bathrooms and small shop) it has its own library!
What a great place visited Tanners more than half a dozen times and new management make the experience even better, lovely walks , kids playing in the river and new is a mobile pizza takeaway all freshly cooked in front of you . Peace tranquility and the standard of facilities absolutely excellent. Noting is too much trouble... would thoroughly recommend for all age groups !!!!!
The only criticism I would have about this campsite, is the hand dryers in the toilets are not very powerful.
Other than that, the site is large and well spaced out, well equipped and looked after.
I can not reccomend this site enough, and we will definitely be going back.
Arrived at the site and was directed to a pitch without electric hook up and next to a.building site. After five minutes we was redirected to another pitch away from the building site and with electric as electric had already been paid for.
Everything was brilliant, no noise, well maintained facilities and friendly staff.
A pizza van was also onsite on a Sunday evening.
Only downside is one car per pitch, but you can park your car on the small car park.
Superb Park, With excellent facilities, good helpful staff, only issue is if you wish to be pitched with friends and you have different camping styles, Tent Plus Motor-home cannot always be accommodated together, last 3 visits only once were we pitched together but they always try to pitch us close so not too bad in all. Showers sometimes messy in the early morning but that is the fault of the visitors not the park staff, it does not take much effort to mop out your shower when finished. IMHO a well deserved 5* rating.
Well spaced out pitches, all with hook up. Showers need cleaning in the mornings tho as floors are full of grass after a shower. But that's only fault...
The ground is well maintained. Play ground would benefit from a refurbishment. No any network signal.
Good flat area to pitch tent. Well organised. Clean facilities.
We went on our first camping trip to Tanner farm park last weekend! We had a brilliant time. Beautifully maintained grounds, spotless showers and toilets and helpful staff. It's in a beautiful area and we most definitely will stay again.
