The Daoist Arts involves various arts practices that utilise the natural energies of your body in ecology with the energy all around. In Chinese this energy is called qi / chi. Our internal energy or Yin Arts involves cultivating qi and learning how to store and harness this vital energy for health, wellbeing and personal development. Our external energy Yang Arts involves directing and utilising your qi through movement and breath work.
