What a lovely little restaurant, with superb food and exceptional service! Manger even went and got rhubarb gin from the shop as they'd ran out, so we could have the amazing rhubarb fizz cocktail. Highly recommended �

Was a regular at Tapios in its Middleton incarnation and came across it quite by accident in windermere this weekend. The food, service and atmosphere are as good if not better than before. Will be back again later this year.

Probably the best tapas I've ever had, the chorizo is to die for! Staff are supper friendly and we were greeted by complementary bubbly when we arrived as they knew it was our wedding anniversary. We WILL be back and I would travel a great distance if the craving for tapas returns. Keep doing exactly what you are doing 👍

Must be one of the best small tapas bars I have been to with lovely food and friendly staff, what more do you need. Oh and the prices are very reasonable.

Lovely fresh food, piping hot reasonable prices and nice staff - lovey relaxed vibe - i really like it here - always a pleasure

Just had some tapass here. The staff were good very friendly, welcoming. The food was was really good. Well worth the visit. Highly recommend.

Great service fitted us in at last minute despite being very busy.

Food was amazing great taste good portion size and good value. Witty bar staff lovely decor you must try the aubergine �

Great meal in lovely surroundings. Reasonable price as well.

Will definately have a meal here again. Just a slight improvement would be extra choices of tapas on the menu.

Great little cosy place for a drink or a meal.I was in Windermere for the wknd and stumbled upon it on the first evening! Good selection of wines,and tapas dishes.Friendly staff,and prices were ok too!Will def go back again!

Found this little gem by chance. Was fortunate enough that it was a sunny warm evening and sat outside, although once the temperature dropped they put the heat lamp on which was also great. There was also blankets to use. Visited last week, 22nd may, got 5 tapas dishes and one jug of raspberry and rose sangria to share; best tapas I have had and the sangria was lovely, plus brilliant service. And for £43 you cant go wrong. I would definitely recommend and would visit again if was in the area for sure

Found this by chance whilst in Windermere. We definitely weren’t disappointed. The service was very good but the food was excellent. This a place you should definitely try whilst in Windermere and we will be returned when we come back.

Enjoyed some wonderful tapas here tonight - 5 dishes for 2 was plenty - chicken, beef,mushrooms,patatas bravas & garlic bread with cheese - all very tasty! YUM! Can't fault this lovely place - friendly relaxed atmosphere, reasonable prices, very tasty food - we'll be back!

Eaten there this evening, lovely place with amazing tapas. Staff made us very welcome on arrival and there was a great atmosphere in the busy restaurant. We had the meze for 2 and every part of it was beautiful. Big portions and big flavours. We will definitely be returning with family and friends.

Best place in Windermere for food! We visited Tapios in Manchester a couple of times, and since moving up to the lakes it’s improved massively (from an already good restaurant) amazing food, awesome flavours, good portions and service outstanding. Drinks are excellent too, particularly the gin!

Been to Tapios twice & enjoyed it both times!!! Lovely atmosphere, amazing staff and most of all your food is brilliant!! It’s as good as the Tapas in Spain! Will definitely come time & time again!!! My partner loves the cocktails especially the one he had last night, where the gin changed colour as you poured the tonic into it!!! We will see you for our next date night soon!! Thank you! ��

Absolutely stunning restaurant. Gorgeous tasty fresh food, friendly and welcoming service and cosy environment. Couldn’t think of a better place to spend Valentines night! We are local to Windermere and will definitely be back very soon!!

A lovely little restaurant with quirky decor!

Visited 23/3. Enjoyed a jug of classic sangria and the meat meze for 2. We both left stuffed, the small bowls didn't look like much food at first but was more than enough!! All good, and the beef dish was beautiful.

A seafood meze would be another good option not just meat or veg.

Only issue was a little mix up with the starter plate going to the wrong table then being given to us, not a fresh plate made up. No complaints though, just an opening week glitch I'm sure.
