I honestly don’t get why people are leaving bad reviews about this company we use them for all our events and the go the extra mile every single time not out there to charge you stupid prices honestly if you need any form of environmental services use this company

Yes the service provided was terrible over the weekend of 1st 2nd and 3rd of July at Camper Jam. I am more disgusted at the copied and pasted response you are giving to the complaints. That shows the little responsibility you are taking for the poor service and frankly the i don't give a sh*t attitude. Save your copied and pasted response I have read it a few times now.

Worst loos I have ever used or seen ... Proper rank .... Left to just over flow at camper jam ... Saw one Lorry all week end empty a few and that's it ... Never any loo roll in them either

Very poor customer service always telling lie's when they will pick up and remove portaloo. Avoid unless you want things left on your land for ages. Shane they don't have half stars

Utter useless, shame zero stars is not an option, was at camper jam this year and the toilets were disgusting by the first night and most were unusable by the the second day, they then have the nerve to blame camper jam for there not being enough toilets, I have been to many vw shows most the same sort of size and there was plenty of toilets around the fields, we all expect a short que in the morning, it's camping not the ritz! But when you get up on Sunday morning and only 3 out of about 12 are remotely usable is just not on, they need to own their problem of poor customer service and poor toilet servicing at this event and at the very least they need to issue an apology to all that had the misfortune of using there loos!

Terrible toilets provided at Camper Jam 2016, none of the the toilets myself and members of my family used in any of the multiple locations on site ever had any toilet roll or water or even the most basic hygiene levels right through from Friday to Sunday afternoon.



We tried many locations to find a suitable loo for our children to use and we're appalled at the conditions at all of them even on the first day.

Tardis supplied the toilets at Camperjam this weekend at Wester Park, Staffordshire.

They were not serviced all weekend, and by Saturday morning were full to overflowing. A total disgrace! Small children attend these shows too - not just us adults, total nightmare for those parents.

Just go to the Camperjam Facebook page and see the 100's of complaints and an apology from the event organisers.

For a large company like this how can you get it so wrong!! The access roads were dry, so no excuses about not being able to get to them either....even though I heard one employee say on Friday that "we will never get to these if it keeps raining" - it was all dry by Saturday morning!

Most shows we go to have the toilets serviced at least twice a day, with hourly checks for cleanliness... You have a lot to learn it seems!

Tardis ,please admit that your company were to blame for the mess regarding the porterloos at Weston park , your staff just did not service the w/c,s enough or at all , they were left in a disgusting state , even if there wasn't enough on site , they could still have been cleaned out more regularly ,and yes I've read your statement and it doesn't cut it.

Then left - the toilet block at our camping area was not serviced at all, although this had been agreed with the organisers. To cap it all, Tardis are not even taking responsibility for their actions. Appalling behaviour - Do not use them

Never consider using this company. At a recent event they charged over 34k for toilet facilities that were absolutely appalling. The servicing was non existent over 3 days. Most toilets were full to the brim with floating excrement by the second day. The rest had no loo roll or hand gel. I personally went into 9 units in a row. Not one had gel or toilet roll. Definitely the worst I have ever experienced as an event planner.

I've just read your statement regarding the toilet situation at Camperjam. I totally disagree with your statement, the toilets where we were parked were not serviced throughout the whole weekend. The toilets got progressively worse over the course of the weekend with no maintenance whatsoever.

I was unlucky to have their toilets at camper jam this weekend .

I have been to a lot of festivals and shows large and small and this was the worst I have ever seen in recent years .

You should be ashamed of the lack of service and the price you charge . You managed to put a damper on what was a superb well run event and I suppose that you won't really be too bothered though as it won't affect your company .

I am a regular camper and festival attendee and have attended Camper Jam 5 years running, this year the toilets were the worst and as far as I can see the blame lies with Tardis as there were plenty of toilet blocks but they simply weren't being managed. Tardis have commented on Camper Jams Facebook page laying the blame with them however I must challenge this as there was a lack of Tardis staff clearing the blockages and those there appeared to lack any urgency. My only proactive experience of Tardis staff was them locking the 'fancy toilets ' at 11pm turning away 2 teenage girls who had walked all the way there due to blockages in the main toilets. Not a great customer experience The fields were if anything less busy than normal and the question needs to be addressed of why were they blocked and why weren't the blockages being fixed , it may be my age but I also thought the actual toilet cubicle was smaller than ones I have previously experienced. Forgive the pun but Tardis did a job. Accept u got it wrong this weekend and learn from it rather than blame an event that's been running 9 years and who know their . As a disclaimer on this subject u will never have truly clean toilets because sadly some users do abuse them , but this weekend was particularly poor, up there with some of my worst V Festival experiences.

How do I give no stars?Your company is a joke. Don't blame cj. You are the supposed experts. They weren't cleaned. Your employees must have just pretended to empty and cleaned the loos. Absolute joke.

The gates had only been opened at 2pm. Never saw any evidence of servicing throughout the weekend and the state of 2/3rds of the toilets were full to the rim of the seat by Saturday night - thus leaving on Sunday morning to seek out usable facilities.... There were plenty of loos just no servicing of them. People wretching after opening doors... and no sign of any attendants to inform. I can only assume that this is not normal standard but on this occasion Tardis failed their customer.

We were in family camping which were not serviced until Sunday around 10am it consisted of emptying the tank but failing to refill the water/flush so within 10 mins of your truck leaving they were shocking because no one was able to flush meaning the next person was faced with a full basin .....total disgrace and hope you get hammered for it I was trying to take my 6 yr old to the toilets and was faced with this....
