We are registered Buyers Agents and developers based in Brighton and Hove. We have a great track record of finding and negotiating often off market opportunities for clients appropriate either for resale (flips) or for long term hold. 50% of what we do is HMO, predominantly student HMO. We also do conversions, new build and standard refurbishment. We source and negotiate the opportunity and complete the project, through our own builders, or those that work exclusively for us. We have our own architect, planning consultants and a 20 year established network in the area.
