Staff were just the right amount of attentive. Our seating in a booth upstairs was just right with an excellent atmosphere. Then, the food which was perfect. Join us this Thursday as we welcome the guys from Jindea Gin on a take over at Tariff & Dale! We'll be serving up £5 Jindea cocktails all night from 7pm....so what better excuse for a bit of a knees up?

Went tonight. Had really good service; nice welcome and good knowledge from the waitress. Great suggestions and the food was really good. Cocktails too (loved the Bloody Mary!). Very reasonably priced too. The interior decor is absolutely perfect too. Felt a little like a cosy scene from the film "7even". Will be back

We had a table for two booked and fortunately Aiden was our waiter who was friendly, welcoming and great at recommending food and drinks as well as answering our questions. Lovely atmosphere and place, would recommend :)

Superb Thursday night dinner. First ever visit to Manchester and found this excellent place. Great atmosphere, awesome food and then we find out the chef is Welsh! YES!! Wych bois! Pleser llwyr oedd cael byta eich gorchest ac wir diweddglo fantastic ir trip. Dalwch ati a fyddwn nol!!

New to the area and found this place as we were wandering. Lovely food, lovely staff, pork was cooked to perfection and all plates left empty! � Massive thanks to the Australian girl who served us. Thank you very much

Great meal and atmosphere. Due to many food allergies I rang ahead and spoke to Amy, she was so helpful and went through my choices, changing and advising really professionally. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and would recommend this place.

Great food that was cooked well. The thai squid salad was a pleasent surprise and the gin copa's were well worth it. Would definitely recommend.

Down in Manchester for the weekend with my 12 year old son, looking for somewhere for a beer and came across this. Good selection of craft beers and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Family friendly.

Could have stayed all night working our way through the gin menu. Perfect pizza, comfy seats and great cocktail makers - we'll be back. We were showing our Aussie relatives a bit of Manchester and randomly picked Tariff and Dale. They were so impressed. Also perfect for keeping dry and watching the storm on Tuesday evening.

Came last night with my friend. First visit for both of us and we will definitely be back! We were 15 minutes early, but were shown to our table straight away. Service was excellent! Staff were polite and helpful. Wine was lovely and the food was amazing! We had the mushroom and blue cheese sausage rolls, the mushroom and truffle oil pizza, the goats cheese, spinach and egg pizza (best pizzas ever!) and the lemon meringue. Absolutely faultless! Thank you for a lovely night! We will be back soon :) :)

Called in just for drinks, great surroundings, music that evening not to my taste but am guessing there will be different types on other nights :-) friendly, helpful bar staff, food looks amazing! Spent an hour there. Would love to return for food one day soon. :-)

Been a couple of times and on mondays its 50% off food. Cool place, relaxed atmosphere, good drinks, great food. Cant really ask for much more

A home from home. Am always made to feel super welcomed here even when I am not working. Try my favourite Thai Squid salad - it's the best. Friendly staff, good older crowd. Highly recommended.

Loved the place. Cocktails were extensive on choice and excellent in presentation and taste - restaurant downstairs has an industrial style decor and the food was again well prepared and presented - went there with a couple of good friends and it was nice to be able to sit in the booths and be able to talk to each other !! Will definitely return - thank you for a lovely evening x

Took my family to the bar for drinks and the bar tender was unenthused, rude and underpoured our drinks using a jigger in front of us ... his excuse was the bottle had finished. When challenged we were told it doesn't matter.. bad service.

Friendly staff although food service quite slow. Loads of starters and appetisers but quite restricted on mains in comparison if you don’t want pizza. Food quality and portions good for the reasonable price.

Head Chef and floor staff had totally different ideas of the price of food very very unprofessional at best.

Always thought this was a cool bar, but when I asked politely to use the toilet whilst on the world naked bike ride (clothes were put on) was refused entry by the manager. Not a nice fella running the place!
