Unbelievable experience. Sangita is one of the most focused and caring individuals I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I would recommend Tarrats to all. As some typical high-end businesses treat you on what you wear. This company is neutral. I will be buying from these for life, so much so, I am just negotiating my second purchase already and I intend on buying my partners Rolex for Christmas from here as well as my wedding rings and anything jewelry related. All in all service is swift and blunt. I know I'm hard to deal with in business and they understand my requirements without having to keep asking over and over.

Only appeared interesting once they realised we were serious and treated us poorly and lacked basic communication skills when interacting and then disengaged with us. Was a definite feeling that we were beneath them and not worthy of entering the shop.

Visited Tarratt’s to get a gold eternity ring repaired that had lost a diamond, we were asked about the history of the ring, on explaining the ring had been bought overseas some 20 years ago, we were informed it was company policy not to work on jewellery that was not from the UK due to inferior quality of overseas work and they would be unable to guarantee the result.

We were stunned and most offended, as already commented by another reviewer due to the smug demeanor of the gentleman we spoke too we felt somehow not to be worthy business for Tarrant’s and stood outside the shop truly amazed at what had just happened.

Ten minutes later we sat in another jeweller that were the mirror opposite of Tarrant’s. courteous friendly, understood the piece we had was not a Faberge egg but would have no problem in repairing the missing stone.

So in conclusion if you want to feel like the eternity ring you gave your wife 20 years ago came out of a cracker pop into Tarratt’s
