TATTERSHALL LAKES 6 BERTH CARAVAN RENTAL WITH A HOT TUB AND A VERANDA WITH ENCLOSED GATE. DOG FRIENDLY.

Welcome to our lovely Caravan. It is a 6 berth holiday home with a Hot tub, double glazing and full central heating. A lovely spacious lounge with gas fire. Extra double bed which folds out of settee seating area. Bedding supplied. A 32" freeview tv, Dvds & Games in the cupboard.
Kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker and gas hob, Fridgefreezer and the freezer is a good size, Microwave, toaster and all kitchen accessories. Teatowels suppled.
There is a seated dining area. Storage cupboards with all cleaning items, Ironing board and Iron

Master bedroom has a double bed, with a ensuite bathroom with a sink and toilet. Double wardrode with storage, hairdryer on a shelf, Tv with built in dvd. Bedding supplied.
One twin bedroom with single wardrode with drawers. Bedding supplied.
Family bathroom has a walk in shower cubicle. Please bring own towels. Also a wash basin and toilet in there.

Going outside the caravan, the decking area has a gate and at the front of the caravan it is spacious with a table with chairs and umbrella, a sun lounger and our new Hot tub fitted where you can relax and enjoy a drink taking in the beautiful view of the Water ski Lake. The Hot Tub is there to enjoy and relax. Please treat it with care and when taking the lid off and on to take extra care as these are very expensive to replace. Rules and guides on how to use the Hot tub is shown near Hot tub, due to new HSE rules the tub will be drained and cleaned after every guest changeover. Therefore it may NOT be at full temperature by check in time. It will however be ready later the same evening.
Checks are taken out after your departure. No more then 6 people is allowed to stay in this caravan (6 Berth) for fire safety reasons and stated from the Park rules.
We are situated in a quiet part of the park, but close to all amenities. It is about a 10 min walk to the Entertainment centre. The park is very popular with lots of facilities and activities.
Please be aware that we do not include entertainment passes. These can be purchased from the reception on arrival.

Tattershall Lakes Country Park is a beautiful park to visit. Wildlife and lovely walks and also activities to keep everyone happy. It has a indoor swimming pool, steam room, sauna, spa, indoor splash zone and a highrope. A new sports court, a outside beach and a playground area for the children, mini golf and a stage where all the entertainment is staged in good weather. A Cinema is on the stage when on the entertainment program.
There is numerous of lakes all with activities on them. Waterski, Waterboarding, Jetski, Inflatable water area, Fishing. In 2016 new changes to improve the park happened, which included a large extension to the clubhouse which is named the 'The Spitfire Diner bar. It has a full sized spitfire suspended from the ceiling.
A arcade with games and slot machines is situated outside the bar and upstairs there is a widescreen projector tv. Pool tables and a balcony to sit out on to look out at the lakes.
A Shop is located next to the reception which is stocked with everyday essentials. Fresh bakery items daily.

Tattershall Lakes Country Park is nearby to Woodhall Spa, which is a nice daytrip out. Tattershall Castle is a short walk away. Tattershall Park Country Pub and Kitchen which serves very nice food all day, seven days a week. Any other information is available at reception on nearby tourist attractions.
Prices for our caravan vary depending on peak times.

A deposit of £100 is required with any booking, (non- refundable if holiday is cancelled by yourselves or any damages) otherwise deposit is refunded after checks within the week of departing caravan holiday.
Remaining balance of holiday cost is due 1 month before holiday. You can also pay your balance over a payment plan if preferred
