What a whirlwind few weeks! Since my last post I have finished working with massage clients, finished at my day job, and successfully made my way to sunny South Africa! This place is very much a home away from home for me and is an incredible chance for me to relax, recharge and get involved in some really amazing work with the community of the Middelrus Valley.
So I just wanted to say a belated thanks to all the lovely clients who have suppor...ted me over the last few months! Before you know it, it will be January and I will be back home and massaging again!

Today I took part in a wonderful workshop to learn how to incorporate warm bamboo sticks into my massage!
I never thought I would enjoy using tools alongside my hands as much as I have and it feels absolutely incredible! Possibly the most gentle, yet really deep and satisfying massage I’ve experienced! Looking forward to showing some clients how wonderful they are in practice over the next few weeks before I head on my travels!
