Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the 2 gents that served and fitted my ford focus with an isofix point. I came in at a complete loss thinking this was going to be a costly drawn out problem. How wrong I was! They literally bent over backwards to help me and not only got the part I needed then and there but fitted it on the spot in less then 10minutes for free! I can not say how grateful I was and you turned a very stressful day into a much better one !! I wish I new names to thank u personally I hope this finds the right people !! Top quality costumer service!!

Bought a Fiesta ST from Taw Ford a few weeks ago, the car is incredible! The experience of buying the car was great as Nico is very helpful,makes everything clear and easy talk to making the whole process a joy, I would happily buy another car from here in the future.



Update, September 2017

Took the car in for a issue with a tyre pressure sensor and annual service/MOT and the service provided is still up to a high standard and good prices which was lower than what I was expecting to pay.Being a customer and having experienced both the process of buying the car and the after care I would happily recommend Taw Ford to a friend.

At taw ford getting car service excellent service, friendly helpful staff from John the salesman, Hannah on reception to the mechanic that has kept me updated. Cannot fault their attitude towards me with mobility issues.

Nico was great to deal with. .it's just a real shame we cannot use the loading area of the ranger properly due to not having the keys to unlock it..we have to lower the tailgate to open the roller.we have phoned taw ford every couple of days for 5 weeks now to ask for new keys..customer service in this case is very very poor.we are really disappointed that something so simple has taken so long.I only hope we don't get a major problem with the vehicle because I think we will be well and truly stuck.

Another example of Taw garages poor customer service experienced again today. Initially bought my new Kuga Titanium from Swanson in Newton Abbot last year due to Taw not being bothered to quote me. The car was due its first service which coincided with the recall for the vacuum hose. Booked the car in so that both jobs could be done at the same time and took a day off work, only to be told that the hose job wasn't done as parts are on back order. A slightly heated discussion about communicating to your customers took place with the surly attitude/responses from the two staff behind the service desk making me feel like a very undervalued customer. Never again will I make the mistake of using this garage, its either Blights or Swanson for my servicing in the future

Warranty is worthless. Poor quality repairs too. The dysfunctional relationship between Devonshire motors and Taw ford is weird. After care was dreadful when I bought my fiesta for teaching in 18 years ago and hasn't improved. Ford will never see another penny of mine.

Recently moved to the area . Called in to register so they could advise us when service and mot etc was due . Nice gentleman told us to wait at reception desk. When we spoke to them very unhelpful told we could not register until we booked a service ?! I have worked in customer service for many years and these two need to go on course !!

Got to be the worst people to deal with spoke to the service department which have sent out the wrong parts to Devonshire motors do not want to do anything rude is and understatement and will never use them again for anything lucky I didnŌĆÖt buy my transit custom through these guys useless
