Taxi First

4 days in a row I called in advance to book a taxi, even booked for an earlier to give them a chance and yet they managed to be late each time, even picked up other passengers. Awful experience with them and won't be using them again. Definitely recommend using another firm.

They are rude, don't know how to do their job properly always late apart from 1 driver I had and they had one driver who was a hr late who caused injury to a student and tried it on and now they made to be the lier take the p1ss so glad changed companies before got worse...worst experience of my life and the one that cause injury to me seems to be getting away with it even they clocked his speed doing 98mph on dual carriageway he a total prick and should be sent bk where he came from.... Anyone else who got an account with them through dsa should see about changing firms before too late

Last week I was ill and needed a taxi to the hospital. The driver arrived very quickly and got me there, I only had my card with me and couldn't pay, so I decided to get out and leave my card with him.
A few days later, I phoned them and he returned my card (without a penny spent, on a contactless card) and I was able to pay cash then.
All I can say is that I'm so glad they got me where I needed, didn't bother me when I didn't pay, and safely returned my card.

THE MOST UNSAFE DRIVER WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! Drove at horrendous speeds through residential areas, was all over the road INCLUDING THE OTHER SIDE INTO ON COMING TRAFFIC! Didn't have a clue where he was going and we had to give directions before he took us the wrong way. Couldn't understand our instructions and EMERGENCY BRAKED TWICE TO TRY AND REVERSE ON A MAIN ROAD THEN A BUSY JUNCTION because he'd missed the turning. Asked US for directions then shouted at us saying 'he was the driver!'. He had to drop us off after the main drop off and wanted us to call the main office to confirm which they said on LOUD SPEAKER WOULD BE £5 for the fair which is more than enough to get from where we were. We gave him the money and he said to us 'you know this isn't right for what I've done for you'. When we said that's how much they told you and us on the phone he told us to 'get our stuff and get out' and got out the car and watched us from our drive get into our house!! We couldn't get the reg of the vehicle because of this otherwise we would have called the police.
WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN AND CAN ONLY STRESS TO PEOPLE TRAVELLING ON THEIR OWN TO USE A DIFFERENT FIRM. IF THIS IS WHAT THEIR DRIVERS CAN BE LIKE WITH A MARRIED COUPLE, I HATE TO THINK HOW INTIMIDATING THEY COULD BE TO AN INDIVIDUAL PASSENGER.
STAY SAFE AND USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!!!!!

WORST TAXI FIRM IN PLYMOUTH.
The last 2 times I've used this company they have been appalling. 1st time a foreign driver who could barely speak English arrived 10 minutes late and then drove me to the train station at 63mph through residential streets. 2nd time was was on a Saturday night, prebooked the taxi for 12.30am from a wedding in Wembury, taxi arrived at 2am! After we called several times asking of the whereabouts of our taxi and we're robbed off saying it would be 5 more minutes, in the end they were rude and hung up on us when we asked them to remain on the telephone until the taxi actually arrived. TERRIBLE company, please don't give them your money!

Where to start... Booked taxi 1hour and half advance and after waiting for 10 min over the time called up just to check how far was the taxi and was told it was late but was going to be there soon. Waited and waited... And waited some more... After 35 min decided to call again and complain only to have the operator to be absolutley rude to me. Absolutley riddicolous and not acceptable. After about 45 minutes late the taxi turned up (with a very lovely taxi driver) and was driving over the speed limit just to make up the time. Absolutley riddicolous and would not recomend to use. I probably have cauth a cold by waiting outside so long this eavning :(

Booked a taxi to collect
Me from Pike Road to Plymouth station this morning. Taxi arrived promptly & Driver was very helpful & friendly. Couldn't ask for more. Very professional & Courteous. Definitely recommend & use their services again. Thank you.

I booked a taxi the night before I needed it from my house to the train station station for an early morning train. I left plenty of time to ensure I could get to the station on time. I phoned up after the time the taxi was supposed to be at my house to be told the taxi was on the other side of Plymouth and there was nothing they could do. Luckily my partner was up at 5AM and able to drop me to the station, as if I'd missed this train there wasn't another affordable one for four hours. Never again will I use this company - unreliable even at quiet times.

I have an account with them as I am a disabled student so I have to. Many times I have had issues with this company. Rude staff who are completely incompetent at dealing with complaints. Drivers are often late or do not show up at all. They are aware that I have anxiety and after many complaints, still continue to do so. I would highly recommend to avoid this company at all costs. I only use them because I have to. When I no longer need to, I will never use them again.

We had two taxis tonight, both on time but neither driver knew where they were going. Their sat navs were about two years out of date. The driver on the return journey drove way too fast, three passengers in the back thrown about. Having dropped us off he shot off like a rocket in a 20mph zone. Really poor quality service. There is a lot to be said for actually learning the geographical knowledge rather than just learning the answers to pass the taxi test. Not sure if I will use this company again, each time I use them the service gets worse.

taxi arrived within 5 mins which was really great. However, when confirming with the taxi driver this was my taxi he said it wasn't and allowed another lady to take the taxi. I then rang to ask how long it was going to be and the gentleman on the phone proceeded to say that, the taxi which had just driven off with someone else, was in fact the taxi I had previously booked. And he would send us another one. Normally I would be perfectly okay with this but on this occasion i was with my heavily pregnant friend, this is not okay.

Shocking service. You'd think pre-booking your taxi the night before would ensure it arrived on time. Let down on Boxing day and made late for work and still charged time and a half.

Fastest taxi company in Plymouth, don't think I have ever waited more than 10 minutes even on a Saturday night. Also, the app is a good way to book your taxi as you can see exactly when your taxi has been dispatched and where it is on the map (and apparently gives you priority)!
