Didn't even give us a coach home, turned up 3 hours late with two taxis which couldn't fit our luggage in. Don't even think about using it

After to day i dont think ill be using this taxi. Told the driver when i need to go and what way. So instead of doing his job he went the wrong way 6 times.

Not only that he went back on him self to the place he picked me up at this point the metter was already at ┬Ż3.20. At the when i fanily got to work he said " that would be ┬Ż13.90.

Im sorry.. well im not but im not having him add money on when 1. He went the wrong way. 2. He did not listen to me for the rought i wanted 3. Try and add money on the metter then the metter said it was less then ┬Ż13.90 4. For stressing me out at 5:15am.

Paid in advance for return journey to and from Birmingham airport. Outgoing journey okay (although did drop us a good walk from the actual drop off point), but never showed to pick us up from the airport for the return journey at 1130pm on a rainy night. No answer on either of the numbers given to us. Very poor. Absolutely steer clear of this company.

We don't usually use TC Cars however, gave it a go once. We came from holiday and arrived in Birmingham International Airport. We are exhausted from the trip as it is and to our dismay, our taxi came almost an hour late!

Now that can be forgiven. What made the experience worst was how rude the lady from the line was. Very unfriendly and not apologetic despite the tardiness of their service!

Would never use them again. Glad we have many other options in our area. Stay away!

keep well away worst taxi firm going.booked a 14 seater payed ┬Ż150 up front didnt even turn up.tickets for the race meeting also wasted another ┬Ż240 should be shut down joke company.im being nice giving it 1 star

we booked a 16 seater from Widnes to V festival at Weston park in Staffordshire, we booked the bus to arrive for 5:30 in the morning, no surprise from other people who have used to company it arrived 30 minutes later leaving us cold and bored for half an hour, we then departured at 6:00 and most of our luggage being either on our laps or crushed in the middle lane giving us almost no space to stretch and move around for a 2 hour journey, we then participated in the weekend at V festival and we're told our 'mini bus' would be at the same drop off destination at 11:30 in the morning, SHOCK the driver turned up an hour and a half later, the company rang and told us that a car and a bus would he coming to take us home, with the car coming at 1:00 taking 4 of our friends, who actually got home before our bus had arrived, our bus eventually came and only accomadated 8 people when the company knew full well there were 9 of us, the driver seemed very polite and had a laugh and a joke with us as we attempted to squeeze into the bus with our trolleys and bags, we came to a mutual decision that it would not work and the man informed us there and then that a larger bus would be coming to take us, an hour goes by and the bus has still not arrived, our friend, who had been ringing the company many many many times rings them again and they inform us that a bus is NOT on the way, leaving us there waiting for hours thinking a bus was coming, also leaving us absolutely fuming, they also stated that we were apperantly extremely rude to the driver which in no way on earth we were, and they were most possibly using that to cover them selves up for the ABSOLUTE SHITE company that they are, completely awful, completely rude, and i would not recommend this to my worst enemy they are simply that awful, they offered us another bus but charged us more money for it which we simply declined as we had already paid around 400 pounds for the whole journey, in the end we ended up squeezing 9 people into a taxi that was offering to take people, taxi driver very polite and funny and 1000000x better than TC cars, costing us in total ┬Ż150 for the taxi home to widnes, to conclude absolutely awful, before booking a coach to somewhere always check the reviews on the company which is something we didn't do, ALWAYS CHECK, and you shouldn't have any issues if the reviews aren't as awful as the ones for this company­¤æÄ­¤Å╝­¤æÄ­¤Å╝­¤æÄ­¤Å╝­¤æÄ­¤Å╝­¤ æÄ­¤Å╝ SHITE

If I could give this company less than 1 star, I would. We pre-booked and paid for a taxi to pick us up from the airport and take us home. Our flight was delayed but we phoned the company and told them this, giving them a new expected time of arrival and pointing out that this may, obviously, be changed again - and it did. As the new arrival time was liable to change we explicitly said we would call them when we had landed. We then received a phone call from a driver as we were leaving the aircraft asking, rather curtly, where we were. We explained that we were in the process of collecting baggage etc and we would be out as soon as possible but estimated about 15 minutes. We also confirmed where we would wait - moving to the station to make pick up easier. We waited for over 50 minutes - calling the firm several times and all the time being told the car was on the way. This was both by the automated service and after waiting to speak to somebody. Even more annoyingly, two cars from the same firm came by, one picked up somebody else saying he knew nothing of our booking and another saying he also knew nothing about us and couldn't (and wouldn't) help because he was going on a break! In the end we gave up and went with another firm (TOA Cars) who gave a fantastic service and all for the same price as agreed with TC cars originally. I know who I will use in the future!!

My son booked a taxi from TC cars (1.1 miles away from him) 40 minutes in advance of the time requested. Five minutes after the time requested my son was told his taxi was " 5 minutes away" by an automated response recording after calling back and holding.. 10 minutes later, now almost 20 minutes after the time the taxi was requested for he was told again via an automated response recording "your taxi is 3 minutes away" almost 10 minutes later after hearing a car horn several times I saw a car outside a house 2 doors away (This was evidently my son taxi).

After confirming that my son had had no ring back or message alert from TC cars I approached the driver and asked if he was booked for the address 2 doors away for a time now over half an hour in the past. He said that he was (made no apology, explanation or comment besides). As my son approached the taxi with his phone in hand I asked the driver why no alert had been sent as is normal practice, he shrugged.

I then stated that I was not willing to pay the full price of the journey but would be okay with half. His exact reply was "Yes, okay no problem" I repeated my disappointment in the service provided and lack of communication/explanation, he made no reply and my son was then taken to school. I was later informed by my son that after handing the driver a ┬Ż10 note and reminding the driver that I had agreed to only pay half he retorted "that's not my problem" and attempted to snatch the ┬Ż10 note that he had placed on his passenger seat whilst fumbling for change. My son refused to pay the full price and told the driver he was willing to have the driver call his base or myself and that if the driver was unwilling he would do so. My son received no reply and being on school grounds at this point left the taxi and went into school * now late for a GCSE exam.. I have had no contact from TC in the 8 hours since and honestly do not expect any­¤śæ Service is poor and has been declining for a while as with most taxi services over the last decade but today was a shockingly new low.
No doubt the driver has decided to make up the loss himself, I suspect this is a regular occurrence for taxi drivers and explains why there are so many disinterested, stressed drivers that are in most cases decent but tired or broke. Stuck at the frontline of a business that offers them no protection from the customers getting a less personal, less reliable and more expensive service.. 21/6 HAVE SINCE BEEN "BLACKLISTED" BY THIS FIRM, WHICH SOLVES NOTHING AS NOW WE JUST BOOK THEM FOR A FEW DOORS DOWN THE STREET..... Obviously too dull to figure this out, which is why they get such good reviews ­¤śĆ­¤śü­¤śé PS, found out who the female telephonist is and it turns out she is a benefit cheat with a GLORIOUS PAST

These guys treat you like crap from the moment they answer the phone you know this is going to be painfull, so you wait for the car and eventually when it turns up the guy driving is rude does not apologise for being late and the icing on the cake is he doesnt know where the restaurant is and his excuse is "i work in Solihull".You are a joke TC cars change your name TC Farce.

If there were zero stars.. thst's what I"d give. Amazingly rude girl on the phone when I called to confirm my web booking, ordered on web for 8+ persons & got one price which I thankfully screen shot... when it came to the day they wanted 2.5 times more.... absolutely worst customer service I have ever known. Do NOT use.
