Tc Harrison Ford & Transit Centre Spalding

I was visiting my aunt and took her car in for a service only to find that the service staff didn't listen properly to a word I said. A young lady was also waiting for assistance and had the same problem, having to tell the young man three times what she wanted before he got it right.

Whilst waiting later to collect my aunt's car I asked the sales staff a question but both were unhelpful and offhand even though I was the only potential customer there.

As a result they've lost two customers. I've purchased a new Ford for my daughter from another dealership and my aunt will no longer be having her car serviced with T C Harrison.

Excellent service. Dealt with Jason with my new purchase, it was smooth, up front, nothing hidden, no pushiness and was a pleasure to do business with this garage and would happily recommend them.

Very professional and friendly staff, excellent service, helpful communications, and they took great care of my pride and joy when she went in for a recall. Free health check too, and also offered to wash her - I declined as it was pelting down, but fantastic service! Thank you very much.

I had to give one star to leave a review should been non I not been in for around 3 years its worse than it was and wasted my time should just gone to Taylors in first place just thought being local it be quick.

Got a Ford Focus st on lease. Constant bad service. Don't reply to calls. Had a service and booked a lift home. No lift given. Made me pay for a taxi. On a later date my engine management light came on. They took my car to repair. Took them 4 days to supply me with a car in exchange that I am paying for. Had to call ford fleet myself and sort my own car out. And less than 6 weeks later engine management light came on again

Dont return calls or messages so clearly dont need your money. But then given the well overporiced nature of ford these days is it any wonder. Who needs customers!!
