The process of initially booking the vehicle was abit of a let down. Booked online and didn’t get a call back. I had to call them.

They charge you for going over 150 miles which is ridiculous in my experience with hire companies. They are already charging you a premium for van that has covered 200k miles and is damaged and scuffed.

Considering they charge people for damage to the van, why is not repaired when you are clearly taking money for damage going from your other reviews.

I used them because my dad recommended them, never again.

If you are considering using them, ask what vehicle you are getting and the condition of the vehicle before committing.

1st time hiring from TCHire and they were the only company out of approximately 20 to call me back on a short notice hire of a minibus…very friendly and helpful staff and I’ll definitely be using these guys again, highly recommended

I needed a van to pick up new doors for my project, I was treated with respect and staff were friendly and professional. They showed excellent customer service care. They gave me a nice and newer van and it was nice to drive it was worth it . I would recommend tchire if you are looking to hire

Hired minibus on two seperate occasions vehicles are excellent and most are Newish as in 22 plate to 17plate. Very impressed with level of service but when other companies give you unlimited mileage here they give you 150miles per day and 15p per extra mile? This is why I'm giving 4 and not 5 stars

All vehicles come with 24/7 breakdown cover. The customer is always provided with recovery details. In this case the wheel was damaged and the tyre was blown out due to impact. Which is a customer's responsibility.
We always try our best to provide excellent customer service.

They dont offer 24/7 recovey and dont cover flat tyre- i had this problem on a sunday and paid 170£ for my own to come and change it...
