As November draws to a close so will I finish collecting shiny new fivers for the Ride4Michael campaign. Personally I have donated a fair amount from clients that have used a new fiver to pay. If you wanted to donate then get on to it now. Let me know or drop one round.
A little while ago I heard about "first fivers". It's when you give your first new five pound note to charity. Without realising it I started saving all my new five pounds through October to give to the ride4michael charity. I'm now extending it through November. (Unless someone pays entirely in new fivers- then I'll donate just one. A mans got to live after all.)

I've been thinking a lot about stress and its effects on the body recently. This is a very good short film that shows how powerful the effects of stress are and shows some steps to counter it.

A nice cartoon from a furniture company that promotes active sitting. I agree with what they say about the office environment. I could add masses about stress but that's not their topic. I love cartoons.
