Wonderful to have somewhere for tea down by Carne at last! We only had a cup of tea but it was just what we needed and great to have a sit down after a lovely long walk on the beach at low tide.

User

Will certainly go again. The food and service for such a small place was wonderful. A cheese pasty, cheddar and caramelised onion role along with a cappuccino and orange juice. Excellent.

User

We enjoyed a lovely lunch of filled ham salad ciabatta roll, tracker bar, brownie, coffee and hot chocolate. All very yummy and served by Jane, who was very friendly. We will visit again .

This afternoon my son got stung by a Weaver Fish at Carne. The lovely lady at Tea by the Sea sorted us out with hot water and fantastic advice, with restorative tea and ice cream after. Delicious and fantastically kind. A fabulous addition to a lovely beach. She made our visit.

Tea by the sea exceeded all my expectations. Tucked away, but set in a beautiful location they offer a friendly and personalised service with amazing yummy treats. I would highly recommend to anyone. The ginger flapjacks are sooo good!

So lovely. My partner and I forgot our money and they gave us a cup of tea each and a brownie for the baby which was so yummy!!! Highly recommend this fantastic little van. Great place to take the whole family and dog. You can even take your horse if you like .

A brilliant addition to a beautiful spot! Visited for the first time today! Great quality tea and food, and exceptionally welcoming: my son-in-law sneezed as he carried his cup of tea away, spilled it, and it was immediately replaced free of charge! A little girl near us burnt her tongue when tasting a hot chocolate, and was given an ice cream, again free of charge! But a crowd of men at a nearby table deservedly got short shrift when they pretended they had burnt their tongues too! Excellent!
