Each inspirational trainer has graduated the TEAM Bootcamp Life Coach Scholarship where a range of delivery approaches and empathy for all campers is nurtured. Basically we have given them a heart… a very small one, but a heart none the less.

😋 no filter needed for this. After a hard morning training it’s great to come in to healthy prepared meals. They give you ideas of how to continue your weight loss once you leave. I’m being tested for sure this week with @team_bootcamp. A regimented, marine style place to get your shit sorted out basically. They teach strong discipline and consistency. I absolutely love it. Don’t get me wrong, probably hardest thing I’ve ever done, and yesterday I was tested both mentally and physically..so so SO broken! but I’m half way through and can see the benefits creeping in. This is not for the faint hearted- no matter what level fitness you are- they push you harder. There are some amazing people attending here - all for different reasons. I came to try and sort my sugar addiction out, because it’s affecting my training (and to see how ripped I can get in a week 😉). All this exercise, eating well and discipline is very helpful with sleep- because that’s all the stuff we need to build up a quality sleep drive. You don’t see differences straight away though - often the hardest things we don’t wanna do are exactly the things we need to get us through. So next time you get advice you don’t want to hear from the teacher, trainer or specialist... why not just do it? And actually be disciplined and consistent about it.. what have you got to lose? It’s time to stop with the excuses! Well, that was an experience! Despite working harder at my fitness than ever before and finding it tougher than ever before, I masochistically enjoyed myself. I also met some great individuals. Best of all, being an 'oldie' I had set my goal realistically, and was prepared for disappointment. No need! Seven pounds ain't bad!

Paula & Craig have the best bootcamp going!! Love these guys & this place. Genuinely nice, caring & passionate about their bootcamp & bootcampers is what springs to mind. The house is lovely, homely & cossy. The trainers are great & have vast knowledge & expertise & are supportive in your ability & encouarging in getting the results you can achieve if you listen & give it you all. The perfect place to kick start fitness, healthy eating, loose weight, increase fitness & to top it off then leave with a mind body & soul overhaul.

Made some awesome friends here! Staff were really encouraging and so friendly! Really the training is awesome and do bring you great results! You will never be hungry either plenty of lovely food! I'm hoping to go back soon! Try it!

Just spent my very first week here and it was a fantastic experience. Trainers Reg and Rhys were great and pushed me to my limits and kept me motivated the whole time. Chefs were fantastic and the food delicious! I have made some great friends here and cannot wait to book to come back for a longer period of time! If you are considering coming to camp, be it for weightloss, improve your fitness or any other personal reason then don't hesitate and do it now! I wish I had come sooner!!!

Just spent my first ever week in Bridgnorth at Team. I knew it would be hard...and it was. But hey, thats why I was there and the results were amazing. Tough love but also a lot of great banter and interaction with the trainers, who are top notch and provide lots of positive encouragement. The set up at the house is brilliant. I am so pleased I came across this and highly recommend it for a life changing experience. You get out of it what you put in of course but there is a family feel with the other campers when you are there. Do consider this for your fitness, weight and mindset changes. I promise you that you will not regret it.

Just returned from one week at boot camp and feeling stronger, slimmer and most importantly fitter. The week was exactly as advertised, lots of hard work, plenty of variety, good food and great instruction. I was alittle nervous to start as recently had a shoulder op, but the trainers always made sure I had alternatives to do that pushed me if I physically couldn't do things. This camp is definitely suitable for everyone, no matter what your level of fitness and there is support no matter what your goals (you will also meet some great people and have lots of laughs) There is a variety of activities throughout the day so you never get bored or fed up with the same routine. The instructors, Reg and Ash, were brilliant, extremely knowledgeable and professional, pushing us hard and most importantly making sure we challenged ourselves. Thank you everyone for a great week, my only regret is that we didn't book in for longer! xxx

Just home from a tough, but so so worth it, week at Team Bootcamp. Couldn’t be happier with the results. If you trust in the programme then great things will happen :) The trainers and staff are really supportive...they push you when you need it and empathise if the sugar crash happens (which it did for me!). If you’re interested in signing up for a bootcamp then you must choose this one. It is excellent, they really know what they are doing. The owners, the trainers, the cooks and the staff are all very knowledgeable and passionate about the amazing service they deliver. If you want to lose weight or get fit and healthy or indeed both you will not fail to do this here! It is amazing!

I have just finished a week at team bootcamp and feel fit and trim. The team were excellent, including Taz and Ash our trainers, Paula and Craig, Ellen, all the support staff and of course all the other campers. The hard work mixed with good fun means some of us have become great friends and will continue to support each other now we are home. I'm already following some of the nutrition guidelines, but I am having a well deserved 'rest day' today. Thanks to everybody for a really memorable and thought provoking week.

I checked in for a long weekend at Team Bootcamp a couple of years ago for some R&R and it was just what I needed. Hardcore Military training, teamed with Holistic treatments & coaching combined with a tasty Paleo diet, could not have been more powerful for Mind, Body & Soul. I can honestly say the last fortnight has been life changing!!! I’ve lost weight, I’ve lost lots of cms, my mind set has completely changed and I’ve realised I’m capable of so much more than I gave myself credit for. Stu, Ash and Reg are truly awesome trainers, and despite all the hard work, it was a laugh! Loved the food as well, and was never hungry!

I Have just returned home from two weeks at Bootcamp. I am a 61 year old semi retired man and have a bit of a weight issue. At camp I was introduced to a new way of eating and had all the background behind it. The physical side was conducted by very experienced knowledgeable trainers who encouraged me to try my hardest and then a bit more.The food was well prepared healthy and tasty.

All the staff were encouraging and highly professional.I lost weight and came away more flexible.

Have just arrived home after spending one week at Team Bootcamp. If you are serious about getting fitter and lose weight this is a great place to do it but you have to be prepared to work hard. Our trainers Tazz and Ash were brilliant. Loads of different types of exercises and plenty of support. After this experience I am planning to change my diet and training routine to maintain the gains I have made. Also met some lovely people from all different walks of life. If you are thinking about whether to do it my advice would be just book it, you won't regret it.
