On a mission to increase social mobility among young people by helping them attain their full academic potential through inspiring University students.

Team up is a national organisation that aims at improving social mobility by helping young people achieve their potential at school. We run a 20 week programme each academic year to provide small group tuition to pupils from schools in the local area. Students also have the opportunity to organise enrichment sessions for our pupils to help them develop skills beyond exam success; this can range from a Q& A session to trips to local universities.

So how do you as university students benefit?
Team Up are committed to investing in our volunteers and will support you through an NCFE-accredited Rising Leaders Programme, with the opportunity to take an optional Careers Development module. This programme leads to certified leader award in Educational Impact and Community Development, giving you the training and tools to not only make an impact in the lives of young people in the community, but enhance your own prospects when leaving university.
