What a great afternoon with my son & grandson. First visit weβll organised. We were on the bottom track as there were two tracks. The karts are very good well maintained. Purpose built facility. Had two 15 min sessions with 12 karts. Grandson tops for both races followed by myself & son 2&3 places then swapping places for the second race. Not to say there was a bit of competition in the family. We will be back again sooooon !!! Thanks to team sport
We took my son and 6 of his friends for a 13th birthday treat and they absolutely loved it! Best value carting experience in the North East, as we checked them all out, and would highly recommend!!
We came for my sons 8th birthday as a family of four , staff where brilliant, the experience was great we had a fab time will be back very soon my partener and his friends visit here often and love it
Took my two boys (9 and 14) this afternoon. My youngest was barged out the way on both tries due to a group of grown men treating the track as their own. (Only giving way to the 2 youngsters they had with them.) Harvey strait away black flagged the guy responsible, but it kinda spoilt the experience for my boy. Harvey pulled me to one side afterwards full of apologies and an extra 15 minutes were given as an apology. Excellent staff, venue and karting experience, will definitely be returning soon. Thank you Harvey that little pep talk did my boy the world of good..
Staff were a right laugh and got everyone out on the track as fast as they could, were there for a good few hours and the only bad part about the visit was time flew over as me and a few other friends had that much fun there, will be coming back shortly and so on
My 11 year old son, Alexβs first Cadet academy session today.
Brilliant, awesome!!
The two coaches were fantastic with all the kids, and Alex has learned loads, already taking two seconds off his previous best lap. With over two hours with the team, it was brilliant value for money and Alex canβt wait to come back for the next session.

Had a great time here. Track is good and the karts are decent too. Went with my lass Sunday morning and was just us and another couple on the track. We got seen to straight away, watched the briefing then waited about 10 mins before we were in the karts. Even booked another session as you get return visit for Β£15pp. I even bought the first visit for Β£30 for 2 drivers so really good for money too.
Great fun and great value for money, I will be going back again soon , instruction and safety are first class everyone that works there are really friendly ,Lopez was well organised a real star many thanks
First time karting yesterday and absolutely loved it, can't remember who my race director was but he was very helpful as was all the members of staff their.
Can have a little camera on your head for only Β£5 to record your racing which is brilliant and something to help remember the experience. Just hope I get sent my email soon, will definitely be heading back sometime soon!
First time here today, the staff were great, a little waiting around but we enjoyed watching others enjoy it whilst waiting. Good fun track & fun staff, Shay(i think thats his name!) Made us laugh from start to finish - we will be back! Thank you!
Been twice in a week first time on Saturday for my stag do loved it so much brought my wife tobe tonight and she loved it, staff can't do enough for you, thanks Nathan from Saturday and Charlotte from tonight, we will definitely be back soon!
Absolutely brilliant staff were awesome would recommend to anyone 40 Quid for 15 minute practise then followed by half an hour will definitely be back
5 Stars because the staff are sound and the actual track time is great fun. 45mins on track, 15min qualifier and then a 30min grand prix race for Β£50 isn't bad at all.
But.....we got there at 8pm, weren't on track until 9.45pm and didn't get out of there until gone midnight!
Over 4hrs but only 45mins on track, the waiting around doing nothing is like watching paint dry. Especially when there's nobody at the bar so you can't even buy a drink.
Anyway....you'll enjoy it but expect to be hanging around doing nothing for most of the time you're there, especially if you're in a big group.
I went here with my 9 year old daughter for the Open Timed Session on Sunday, booking my place easily online. We arrived with plenty of time for the 11:15 session, signed on and received our race suits without any hassle. We had a little wait before we were called for the briefing, I understand if some people miss this part as the bar and track area was very busy with excited people all over the place in different groups, the video itself however was clear, especially for my nervous daughter, although at one point the video asks if everyone is ready to head to the track, so the rest of the room walked out without realising there was still half of the video to go. The facilities were excellent compared to some other indoor karting sites I have been too, and we even enjoyed the slidey nature of the track which some people on here seem to complain about, the polished sections on some of the corner apex's sending the kart into a hilarious drift. My daughter is now hooked and we plan to return.
We went here yesterday for my son's birthday , booked for 3.15 got a phone call from head office to change the time to 2.15 , arrived at 1.00 to be told booking hadn't been changed so had to sit around till the 3.15 slot and didn't get on track till 3.30 , great fun but lack of communication between head office and the Newcastle track
What is the point of being member? By the time I ring up to book after checking online for spaces, the spaces have gone! There are absolutely no benefits to being a member at all!!!
We attended tonight for my fathers surprise 50th for the unlimited session..
When we arrived there was no organisation or direction from the staff, we did not know where we where suppose to go and there was no one around to ask.
We then found out we had to go wait in the bar area and called upon when we had to go for our briefing and then to race..
While waiting in the bar a member of staff approached us and asked if we would like to go through to the track, I then advised them that we had not had a briefing and had been sitting waiting for someone to call on us. The member of staff looked surprised that we had not done this as we where on the next session.
After our first session we went back through to the bar area and yet again no direction from any member of staff to what we where suppose to be doing.
We then went through to our second session there was a lot of concussion on what car we where suppose to be getting into as the board changed twice and one member of staff had shown a selected group to some karts that where not there supposed allocated karts, which caused even more concussion.
After our second session and being there for over 2 hours and only getting two 15 minute sessions complete in this time we decided due to it being extremely poorly ran and because it was so cold it caused my father to suffer from white finger and not be able to feel his hand or grip anything, we could not carry on.
Because we had paid for the unlimited which was Β£40 per person but only actually had two sessions that you can purchase for Β£25pp we asked a member of staff if there was anything they would be able to do for us so that we didn't loose out.
One girl that we spoke to hold us thay because of my farther suffering from white finger and booking as a group they would be able to credit us the difference of Β£15pp to an account for is to use at a more convenient time and that we should go to reception for them to help us do so.
After heading to reception we where told by a different member of staff that actually there was nothing that could be done and we would just either have to go back on or loose out.
I personally think this is appalling thay there is nothing else they could have done to help our situation.
The karting layout was good however the staff have no organisation between themself. There was no direction and the whole this was poorly ran!
Would like to warn everyone not to by the unlimited pack as depending time and circumstances you actually may not get anything extra but end up paying more.
We paid Β£200 for 5 people when all we actually got to use was Β£125 worth of karting.
Extremely disappointed in this which ruined my father birthday!!
This has to be the worst go-karting experience in my life staff are not understanding, all they do is black flag everyone they tell you not to stop while going up the ramp then your black flagged for doing that then if your not stopped for going to pit your stoped for red flag that only stopped us for about 5 min and then WOW the yellow flags is on for more then 50% of the game I think they need to look at how long the red or yellow flags or on for as the point of go karting is to race and have fun but think there missing that point
No arrive and drive sessions, despite everywhere saying open 9am-11pm you can't actually just turn up. Currently sat outside a locked building so decided to phone up.
Only slot is 2:50 today,
