Very good, staff were very professional and helpful. Track was very good and had some really close racing. Will be good my again very soon!

I booked this session for 6 boys aged 9 for birthday party and they loved it.

Bit of a nightmare at “check in” as was very busy, and with 6 excitable boys, filling out the forms and the system being slow meant had to do this about 3 times for a few of them which was a bit frustrating, and not sure if that could’ve been done beforehand to save time so just signed the consents when got there?

But, Slinky (think that was his name) was brilliant with the boys, particularly one who’s never been before and got upset. He let the rest of the group go, and in the pit lane got him to practice just setting off and going up and down. Couple of tries and he felt confident to go on the track with the rest and they loved it.

The break in-between was good, and I had 6 very happy boys at the end so thank you so much and would definitely recommend.

Had my second visit today with work, so got to see the corporate side of things, we were treated very well and everything went smooth. Thanks for being great hosts and look forward to coming again!

Great time at sheffield team sport, having seen many of the tracks and venues, sheffield is by far the best. The international track rocks.. all the staff are fab, especially shab or shag ( not sure his name but he’s the one that looks like dev who owns the corner shop on coronation street ), anyway joke aside he’s a top bloke and all credit to everyone who works there...

From the moment we walked in to be welcomed by 2 smiley faces to the moment we walked out this was a five star experience. The staff were brilliant and all knew what they were doing, they were all patient with the 3 kids i had brought. The set up was great and all ran in sync, with the change over of groups running smoothly, wasnt rushed and plenty of staff to help you out if needed. The changing rooms and toilets were well maintained and clean. The track and karts were amazing, felt safe at all times and safety was paramount. Would definitely recommend to other people and would come back in a heartbeat, great day out with 3 happy kids and 2 big kids.

First time in a go cart today - and although I ended up coming off early due to getting hurt. This was no fault of the staff at all. Chelsea, Adam, and Arran couldn’t have been anymore helpful. The time I had on the track was great and the time I had off I was able to observe what was going on with my partner and sister still in the race. Everything was coordinated very well and the team are very visual ensuring everyone had a great time and was safe. Even tho I came off which I was gutted about. I’ll 100% be returning again. (Hopefully next time again on for the full time �)

Epic fun there was a group of 7 of us one of us an 11 year old the staff were great making sure my son was confidant, we were on with another group clearly more experianced than us but its all part of the fun.

We enjoyed all of it and will be going again.

Don’t listen to all the people moaning on here... Me and my brother have been going for 5 months now at least 2 or 3 times a month and we cannot fault anything! We are now members and enjoy using the fantastic facilities and taking part in the different race types that teamsport has to offer.

Yes, sometimes there are aggressive drivers on track who think they know it all, are Lewis Hamilton’s “next big rival”, and think it’s ok to ram and barge through other less experienced drivers, but they are always quickly dealt with and made to look like the idiots they are, mid race, by the marshals, and trust me, they aren’t actually as good as they think... just look at their poor laptimes after and laugh at them like we do!

Yes, sometimes there are slow drivers on the track who are learning the ropes, but everybody has to start somewhere and some people come to try something new and have a great time doing it. People need to understand that the staff at teamsport are trying to strike a fine balance between customers who are set out to race bumper-car style and those who are actually trying to enjoy themselves, try something new, and have good time.

If you are keen on reducing your lap times and learning from better drivers join as a member and race in the member only events on Sunday evenings. If you want to try a new experience and have a good laugh with your friends and family give the midweek evening sessions a go and get good value for money with the offers available.

If your coming to bully are barge your way through every child’s birthday party infront of you do everybody a favour and go to avago instead because that’s where you belong.

Cannot thank the team enough at TeamSport Karting was an absolutely brilliant night for turbo taylors birthday party with his friends they all loved it and all the staff AS ALWAYS were amazing with them all and with me as it was my first time on track which was made less scary with DAN letting me race in the pink suit � Chelsea-Leigh Smith had a brill surprise for Taylor too as he got awarded as the member of the month and she even added his signature turbo snail picture to it too. Cheers guys see you soon!!!

As an ex-employee, it was nice to go back as a customer yesterday... The host Adam was really good, everyone listened to his briefing and during the 3 sessions, I only noticed the marshal have the black flag ready once, which shows people took in what was said.

The group we were on with weren't the best, however they did all improve by a good chunk each session. they said they enjoyed themselves when we said bye after.

For me, it was a good friendly session and Adam ran the group really well. I was glad to see old friends too, everyone was very welcoming.

Absolutely loved it, first time going, couldn't fault it, will be going more often, the bit I didn't really like was been black flagged twice for contact that couldn't be helped, that marshall was black flag happy!

It was a really fun race, the karts are fairly new and in good condition and the track is really good. Being indoor means it's unaffected by the weather, although it was still cold at the track side, once racing though this wasn't an issue.



We didn't really know what was going off after the first session and had to ask if our time was up, it turns out another 2 races happen before our next race, so we had to wait around for 30 min to go back on the track. 15 minutes on the track, 15 off and 15 on again would have been fine, but waiting for 2 other groups to go on felt like a long time.



Above all, I'll be arranging to go again in the next few months.

Good session with the 3 for 2 deals on the full track when it finally got going! The first 15 minutes was spent being turned in and put into barriers, as people simply didn’t want to give room!



It should definitely be adding into your drivers briefing that you should give each other room, when people are alongside someone, and the track goes to the right, however they choose to keep straight and cause a major crash, which includes one kart going over the top of an other, it’s simply not on!



Blue flags should be used to show slower drivers that faster ones are approaching! It’s a must! Every outdoor circuit in the country uses the system of blue flags, why doesn’t Teamsport?!?

visited here before and it was fab. wanted to book again for my husbands birthday. tried to book online this afternoon. said card was declined. tried again on a different card. declined again. looked in bank account. they had taken the money but no booking or evidence of booking on their side. contacted my bank who said the money had gone to them although they deny all knowledge of this. i have evidence from my bank account that they have taken £280 from me yet they say they havent. now i am £280 lighter, no booking and no go karting. i have to wait 7 days for them to "receive" my money before they can refund it. joke of a booking system. dont do it!!!!!

Please take the time to read this short complaint, as my son was treat terribly by a member of staff their. Actual event great we've been on several occasions, hasten to add we won't be going back.

We've been out for a so called enjoyable time at Team Sport Sheffield - Go karting- only to be met by one discriminative, ignorant, rude, gingeristic, shallow minded individual with little intelligence, who thinks it's OK to speak with me about my son in a discriminatory fashion and think it's acceptable. Wrong!!

When checking in he

1 - Assume (weirdly) that the youngest of two siblings is the "ginger" one. (Challenged)

2 - They're somewhat less intelligent and are singelled out of a group of six people by being asked " Do you understand that Ginge?" (whilst in the team brief).

3 - On the way out of the briefing state - "Follow the ginger, you'll not get Lost".

Just a few examples, much more was said and words were exchanged and I also spoke to the manager and was told he wouldn't have meant anything by it. I don't give a hoot if he did or didn't, it's totally unacceptable to demean, embarrass, and ridicule someone because of the colour of their hair, in public, especially when you don't know their background.

Absolutely appalled that this behavior was deemed acceptable to this low life piece of shit!

Boy did he get a piece of my mind.

Be careful folks when visiting Teamsport Sheffield, especially if you have one of the nine protected characteristics - he'll be gunning for ya!!!

The only reason it got 1 star is that it wouldn't let me post.

It was not fair.They took nearly all of us of for no reason.they didn’t even give chances or anything.They was not treating us nice and they were shouting at us.Half of us paid to go and have a fun experience and all we received was a boring experience were we was treated rudely and not fairly.i am never coming back and would want my money back

I would just like to let you know that I am extremely disappointed in the way me and a group of 11 other boys were treated yesterday.



I had already been before and so had another 4. I used to think that this place was actually good but what happened yesterday was absolutely unacceptable and has completely changed my opinion on the place.



Firstly when we had arrived, we were told that we couldn’t have break between the two 15 minute races. Our guardian that was with us and traveled with us in the freezing cold weather mentioned to one of the staff that it was going to be difficult as most of us hadn’t been before and there were young children, the youngest being 8 years old, but this was completely ignored.



Within the first 5 minutes someone who had not been before was off and this was because he was laughing at one of the staff. I don’t know how he saw him as the helmet was covering his mouth and his visor was down but it could have been that the staff member had some sort of x-ray vision.



After 8 minutes someone else was off for forgetting to keep his helmet visor down.



2 minutes later two more boys were of for accidentally crashing in to each other.



Then 14 minutes in to the race one of youngest kids was sent off for pressing the brake and accelerator at the same time. The boy was in tears.



After 16 minutes 2 more were off for over taking on a yellow, but this was because they had not yet seen the light.



With exactly 8 minuets left of our race, we were told that our time was up when it was clearly not. A total of 7 boys were sent off for reasons that were extremely harsh.



We were all looking forward to come yesterday. We were debating about still going yesterday as the weather was not the best, but thought it will be worth it. We obviously thought wrong.



Hopefully you can resolve this case and provide us with a complete refund or we will have to report this to higher authorities.

I took a Group of 12 young people with 7 of them that had never been before and 5 which had been before.

We booked 2 15min sessions but was told we had to do all 30 mins in one go which considering 7 of them had not been before I thought that would be tough for the newbees.

I mentioned it to the staff but he just ignored me.

Not happy with the service from the staff from the start.

Within 5 miniutes of the session one of the newbies had a accidentel crash nothing serious though he was told of by the staff and then when he went around again the staff member told him he was of the course and the reason was that he was laughing at I don't know how he managed to see him laugh through the helmet though unless he had x-ray vision.

He was off the whole session and not very happy, that was very harsh all the staff had a very bad attitude to the whole group from the start, I don't know why

Then 8 mins in to the session another young person was taken of the session because his helmet vizer was not full down again very unfair and harsh again.

After 10 mins 2 more young people had a accidental crash again they where taken of the session.

4 down after 10 mins all very harsh

Then after 14 mins one of the youngest member only 9 years old was taken of the session because he pressed the brake and accelerator at the same time a genuine mistake but again the staff member did not want to know and the way he shouted at that young person and told him off was unacceptable, the young child was in tears.

Then another one after 16 mins was told he was off for something very minor.

Then exactly 22 mins in to the session the rest of the group where told there time was up 8 mins short of the 30 mins.

Very disappointed with the whole experience and left with a very sour taste for Teamsport karting.

The young people where really looking forward to this activity for many weeks and left very sour and bitter towards the attitude of the staff at teamsport.

Great venue but the marshals don’t take safety seriously I had a number of incidents and reported it and my son taken out by two cars on purpose and the marshal did nothing so I ended our session early to speak to a manager and she was clues less as to what to do and all I got was you will have to ring head office, avoid this place if you are taking children as marshals just sit on their phones
