Charity Quiz Night by #GRID at TeamSport Bristol: a new event at TeamSport Bristol for something a little different.
A two hour pub quiz style event with a special motorsport themed round. Offers on food, drink, and alcohol with prizes to be won.
Payment for this event is £5 per person on the night to charity. The September edition will be supporting Ronald McDonald House Charities. Please book yourself in if you are coming along so we have an idea of numbers ahead of time.

Results from last night's Kart Champs 2018 Bristol Qualifier.
Luke Chard-Maple and Ben Winter are your two Bristol finalists after they triumphed in the 60 minute eliminator race. Zac Venn and Ben Churchill narrowly missed out and will act as first back ups if the winners cannot attend the regional finals.

We are racing this WEDNESDAY at Track Attack by #GRID at TeamSport Bristol! This is the last Track Attack this year so don't miss out on a great format!

Results from this morning's TeamSport South West Junior Series finale held at TeamSport Birmingham for Bristol & Cardiff drivers.
Your 2018 champions are Carlos Gardner and Donovan Dyer in the adult and cadet kart classes respectively. They also both took the round win at round five in what was a fiercely contested event.
The podiums in each class were completed by Alex Warnaby (2nd) and Lewis Adams (3rd - not present) in the adults, and Owen Hutt (2nd) and Kelly Corcoran (3r...d) in the cadets. Also of note was a debut race victory for Birmingham debutant Leo Brodovich in cadet kart race two.

Results from this afternoon's Daytona XXIX by #GRID at TeamSport Bristol.
Matthew Borrowdale took the race victory after a race long scrap with Ami Breacher and Paul Hellings. Front row sitter Nathan Riddy fell back at the start due to an ill handling kart before Borrowdale suffered a mechanical failure in the late stages of the race. In his new kart he retook the race lead from Hellings, who had also been passed by Breacher. In a show of sportsmanship, Breacher allowed Borro...wdale past to take the win.

In early 2018 we tragically lost Dave North. Dave was a beloved karter at many tracks in the South West area and we at TeamSport want to remember him in a way he'd love: a fun karting event for everyone to get involved with.
For this event all charity donations will go Papyrus, the charity chosen by Dave's family. This will include a percentage of the entry fee and a collection bucket on the night. We will also have the option to donate and cause the staff teams to do forfeit...s in the pit lane during the race.

Daytona Plus is a fun race at the end of your working week. For 2018/19 it has been moved to the CLUB tier from SOCIAL and has slightly increased in length.
EVENT FORMAT - 5 minute practice. - 10 minute qualifying.... - 25 minute race.

This arena is brilliant! The karts handle so well. The staff are all so helpful and friendly. We arrived 20 mins before instead of the recommended 40 mins due to traffic. But they were very accommodating - although they couldn't get us in for both of our 2x 15 mins sessions, they got us in for 1 of them and only charged us half price. And gave us a free 15 minute run around in the laser quest. Excellent afternoon all round.

Team building event for our staff yesterday and we all loved it! Team working here make it a great experience and iron out any issues you might have. We will certainly be returning again... customer service is first class and hope our Technicians learnt how to treat our customers as good.

If you don't want to race with mixed experience levels though I would say book a private session, you don't know who or what age group you will race along side which can slow your racing down, personally I was ok with this but some aren't as they are far more competitive.

Really good fun .. well organized with a great track .. my son had a great time and looks forward to the next visit .

Many thanks to the Team Sport crew at Bristol for Cara's 10th birthday party, especially to Eve our Race Director. After a tricky start, the girls really rose to the challenge for the race, by the end going five times as fast as their first bumpy laps. We can't commend the friendly and helpful team enough, for first being greeted at the reception through to the instructions and racing. Their five star rating is truly deserved.

Just completed the last race of a 6 race Junior Indoor Karting Series at Teamsport Bristol. Great welcoming staff, maintain good customer service should there be a technical hitch and presented a good series. These guys know their track and offer positive encouragement and tuition.

I booked for myself & my 8yr old and what a fantastic time we had the staff were brilliant very helpful in telling you how to improve your lap times and very patient with little ones .... and to top it off cushion (a member of staff) let my 5 yr old sit in a kart at the end top guy it made his day ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From me and we will defo be coming back 100%

I absolutely loved it, I had such an adrenaline rush and I would definitely do it again. Josh and rich were really helpful and inviting and the track staff, Nasif and Zaka helped make the session a 10/10. Thankyou for a great time.

Booked last minute for hubby and 2 son's aged 15 and 11. They had an amazing time. The whole set up there is well organised, the staff are really friendly and professional and go out of their way to make your experience awesome. My 11 year old loved it so much he wants to join the cadets! Thanks guys, we will be back �

Been here twice now and it’s a great setup, staff are really helpful and good value for money

As usual my son and husband had a great time with our friends too. They even became members so members at 2 in Bristol and m4 Karting too. We live at least a 1hr a way from any of them so when a weekend free we visit one. Staff are professional and friendly (guy giving out lap times yesterday was nice but rather abrupt and should remember we pay his wages so have respect. Overall very good

A great afternoon spent with Eva and her team down at Teamsport Bristol.

They really know their stuff and Eva is well placed as the Manager to run a great outfit.

Thank you for looking after us. If you are in any doubt, don't be. Go!

1/8/17: Went today for first time me my mate and our 2 sons of 11yrs old, fantastic time, marshals were excellent and we'll defo be visiting again soon. loved it.



15/8/17: Me and my lad Logan went again today and once again it was awesome, Marshall Carson and the other lads on duty when we went ( 2pm - 4pm ish ) we're SUPERB they helped us both reduce our lap times, logan dropped from 48.6 to 46.0 and managed to get mine from 45.4 down to 42.5, this wouldn't have been possible without their brilliant tips, guidance and on track advice and help - absolutely top job by the lads, now we're members and can't wait to go again thanks everyone me and logan LOVED IT !

What a brilliant time we had! Well set up and organised. Safety was a high priority but didn't impact the fun. The staff were very engaging and ensured it was a great experience. Highly recommend it

Four of went to Teamsport in Bristol today for two fifteen minute races. We were greeted very pleasantly and sorted out payment and overalls. We were put into a group of about twelve drivers, all adult with varying skills and after the drivers briefing went down to the pits to race.

The first race I did as instructed during the briefing and set a steady pace, increasing speed as I got to know the kart and the track. My technique may not have been Schumacher but I didn’t crash either. In between the two sessions, Sophie, one of the teamsport team members guided us through our lap times and gave very good advice on how to improve. During the second session my average lap time fell by over three seconds thanks to this advice.

Overall we all had a very enjoyable experience and will happily go again.

1st time here at Bristol some surprising corners , good wide track , plenty of space to overtake. Staff good especially the host ,very informative 28-07-18 ��

Was a long drive to get there and the track was very slippery and was very busy so wasn't able to get the best out of it .



However , the marshalls and staff were fantastic very welcoming and we will be back at some point :)

Wouldn't recommend this place. We've been to various tracks and have always enjoyed it but this tracks need more marshals to help and also they are too yellow flag happy might be an idea to have less carts on track at a time. Track is too small and slippery so more like bambie on ice

We have been to many karting tracks but have found this one to be disappointing.Serious lack of Marshall’s and yellow light happy. Too many karts on track in one go to make it enjoyable, this adds to people spinning and yellow lights being set off. Second time out was better as not so many karts which meant not so many yellow flags.

can't say I'm impressed with the cancellation of our track time whilst we were in a taxi to get there, waiting on repayments. This was our activity on a stag weekend and what we ended up with was a big fat nothing and 2 taxi bills of £38 and £25!. Not at all happy.
