We had a great experience, the staff were very helpful and provided real encouragement that made the difference with Ethan (our 10 yr olds 1st time out).

We were so pleased we went back the next day.

I don't think this will be the last time we do it!

Totally recommend for groups, family, individually or corporate races. Brilliant location, friendly and helpful staff. Karts are well maintained as are the race suits and helmets. My son goes regularly and he has learnt so much from the TEAM. He's only 8 and the academy has really improved his skills quickly. My hubby also attends both corporately, personally and also enjoys racing our son in open family races. Everytime we have been they always go out of their way to make you welcome and have a great experience.

Took five 12 yr old boys Karting for the first time yesterday and had a first class experience at TeamSport. The staff were friendly and helpful and we felt the boys were in safe hands. The lads loved the Karting and were totally pumped by the whole thing. We'll definitely be back!

Staff are very helpful and accommodating to all levels of drivers.

Karts are a lot better than other teamSport venues.

And when there was a incident between customers one of the staff members sorted it out straight away and correctly.

High level staff and head office should be proud of the team they have there.

My son ,who works here organised a surprise birthday karting session today 26/11/17 , it was yet again awesome, we had 10 karts out on track for two sessions making it a challenge . Beat my personal best score on the day , but yet to beat my son , well he does have an advantage as he works here . 5� again guys ,I'll be back soon try members night.��

Me and my wife went sat loved it staff were very friendly and helpful I've been 4 times in last 2 weeks brilliant and very enjoyable my new hobby for sure

Great fun for kids and adults. Friendly staff, as well as helpful. Not much waiting times for briefing or racing. Staff were fun as I was waiting for my son & his birthday party to complete their racing - they even handed me a drink and ear-defenders as it gets pretty noisy trying to watch the racing from the spectators area, but awesome fun. I could see where there might be an issue, i.e. as both kids and adults race, some adults can be rather competitive (one was in our group too!), but this isn’t venue’s or its staff’s decision, neither can they request from the racers to slow down because there’s a child racing with them (it wouldn’t be fair and it’d take the fun out of adults racing), so as a parent you need to make a decision whether to allow your son / daughter to race with adults or book a separate kiddies race session. Most certainly we’ll be back. My son’s decided to start karting as a sport-hobby again (he did it few years ago), so we’ll be back at your Saturday karting academy!!

My first time indoor go karting and was such a great experience, definitely got the adrenaline pumping! I Awesome 900m track on 3 levels and really well organised, I would def go back again and recommend this place to others.

My 9yr old son went yesterday for his birthday he took 3 friends. This is his third visit and still absolutely loved it. They had fun on the track with other people including adults who in my mind were very respectful and were there to just have fun. Staff were all very pleasant and friendly.

Lovely time with the family here, only a few issues with other drivers, but these were quickly resolved by the manager in a kind and efficient manager.



Would happily go again but unfortunately the journey is too far

Took my 10 year old son as a birthday present; he raced as well as his dad; they had a good time but my son did feel very apprehensive after his first race as a couple of the adults in their group were very competitive and I felt they were not very considerate to the children on the track. They were quite aggressive with bumping and cutting in front of my son's and other karts. We didn't book a kids session as my son wanted his dad on the track with him. But overall the staff were very good and supportive of the ones who were struggling. My main criticism would be The upstairs rooms were extremely hot and the fans did not really help would be worth putting in air conditioning Would go again and recommend. Fabulous offer running for the summer and we were grateful for the "take a child" for free with a paying adult/child as karting can be very pricey.

Staff very friendly, track very good.

Downsides though. 1. Took ages to sign everyone in even though all of us have used team sport tracks many times over the past 24 months and have been on the system, but had to re-register as we didn't appear on it at Reading.

2. There were 5 groups on the evening and we turned up as a group of 15 and then had additional people put out with our group, when there were groups with 13 drivers but no extras put into theirs. This in turn led to more stoppages due to numbers on track, to the extent only managed 7 laps from a 15 minute session!!!!!

3. Change over of groups was appalling! The system of change over seriously needs attention. Time taken is way too long which in turn looses track time and VERY late finishing times (just short of midnight) not so bad for people who live local to the circuit but those like us who want to try out different tracks and have an hour plus journey home afterwards with work the following day does make it a really long day.

4. The possibility of changing the group running order around to help those who may have long journeys home.

5. Ensure marshals are wearing hi-viz at all times. Whether that be just watching for accidents, dispatching from grid or whilst in a cart on the circuit.

6. A little too keen on chequer flagging races to pull back time. Some races being pulled into pits with 1min 46 seconds left on clock.

Other than the above we all had a great day

My partner booked three sessions for me And a close friend to enjoy a evening of karting on the 02.09.2017. The price was rather expensive for 45minutes of racing being over £1 per minute, however on arrival it seemed really good, there was a friendly members of staff to greet us and we we're both excited to get racing. Once changed we headed into the bar/Lounge which was extremely hot!! Before we went into the briefing we had a pizza which we paid £9.99, the quality was poor value for money and we felt disappointed, however we went into the briefing and looked forward to get going. Once we started racing we enjoyed the experience and I personally felt even though they were new cars some felt a lot quicker then others. The stewards and staff were okay some Better then others but overall they let us race dispite there being friendly bumps. I think I would rated this 5stars if they had aircon within the waiting area/bar. Reduced the price in food to show the quality being offered. While having other offers or discounts so that karting can be more affordable for everyone.

Great fun but it was not made clear on booking that the session was mixed adults and children. If it’s your first time as a child it can be quite scary but also dangerous if you throw in a few teenagers with young children. I would recommend running separate kids and adult sessions - much safer!!!

We went has a birthday party ... of 10 kids ... we had to wait a long time just to get a Briefing ..then when finally got out on track the guy(staff) was moaning like a baby ... saying the kids are not driving right ... and shouting and just stopping the race every 2 mins ... then the kids wear taken back in to be told of because of the lights and not slowing down quickly .... it’s safety first they say ..... then to the cheek of it we went back out to get ready for second race . To see the guy( staff) get in one of the karts with a t shirt on only .no gloves or safety gear . With one arm on the steering the other one over the engine racing like a mad man has fast has he could ... then he skid in to the pits ... jumps out laughing ..... what a joke safety first my arse .. and to top it of they were stopping the kids race and holding them back to waist time .. and laughing in the ear pieces to each other ..!! Not worth the money for the time you get and we will use a different karting place next time ....

Hi my partner had booked me an hour slot of 4 separate sessions on 26/07/2017. When I arrived I was told to get dressed in the changing rooms of which I done so. I then had to go to the bar upstairs to wait until the briefing. Upon waiting which seemed nearly 40 degree heat in the bar although it was a wet and rainy day outside I had to wait a very long time to be served a bottle of water before my briefing where we had to ask staff twice to be served and to find someone who can the till. So far not a good start. I had my briefing and then I went onto the track. On the first 15 minute session the warning lights broke 3 times of which the staff was running around on the track like headless chickens resulting in all of us not having very much race time. It was very frustrating!! I then was asked to stay in the kart as I had paid for 4 sessions?? By this time I was getting very hot in the gear i.e helmet, gloves and overalls. Forthesecondime I went are track of which the lights appeared to be faulty again! At this point I was feeling very uncomfortable and sweating aggressively and thought I was going to pass out. I waved down one of the staff only for them to look me straight in my eye and ignored me as I was desperate for water! 30 minutes on track went by before I was allowed out of the kart to have a quick drink which was only for less than a minute! I had to change my kart 3 times as they was juddering all over the track! Which resulted again in hardly any race time! The staff where joking around the track and taking the mick out of people driving the karts in their ear pieces as I could see them pointing and laughing as we all went round the circuit. On my last session I again was feeling fatigue was kicking in aswell as burning up I was extremely close to vomiting. I pulled myself off my last race due to having sore hands, back, arms and feeling far to hot. I was then approached by one of the staff to ask if I had a good drive and I replied no. I absolutely hated it and I wasn't impressed, he then laughed at me, patted me on the back and made me feel very uncomfortable as if what I was saying didn't matter. The whole event was disgusting unmanaged, untrained and the lack of customer satisfaction was absolutely poor! I have contacted Team Sport and requested a call back to discuss this matter and for a Full refund. I am still currently waiting for them to do so!! I have now woken up the following day with bruising on my lower back, a very sore neck, back and arms and completely disgusted with what happened on the Reading track. I did not enjoy it neither would I be visiting that track again. It has completely put me and my family off from going to any of the Team Sports tracks if this is how just one of them is being managed. Very very unsatisfied!!!

A few months ago, the karts were terrible. Some way better than others. This was sorted with new karts. Now though, it seems they cant control some of those on track!! Staff clearely dont like to show those who cause chaos any warmings what so ever! 30mins karting and only 13 laps. ..and not 1 of those were a full green lap! 1st lap of the evening took over 3mins to complete. Just not good enough for those who are members. Needless to say, got a refund. Shame as Bristol seems to run way more smoothly
