We were very lucky, as first timers to go karting we arrived at a very quiet time of day. Only had two others on the track with us who were experienced but very considerate.

Staff were very organised and friendly. We had a great time and I've already purchased a return session!

We went in there 4th of February that was one of amazing days my son Ronan celebrate his 14th birthday that amazing afternoon we pull to the evening so excited how he was can't explain he shares pictures with comments "my best birthday presents ever" thank you so much to people who works there especially to George who safe our day coz small accident can ruin all but George safe that thank you u been and u r star. If can give a star for services I give 12 of 10 thank you all

Totally amazing. Had a problem with the kart but even with that I had a amazing time

This is the second time we have bought a birthday to Team Sport.. and it was fab!! My daughter thought it best birthday ever.. and our son did this time.

The team at Crawley are fantastic! They made my sons birthday a visit to remember and were so helpful and friendly. We did the family madness session and loved the 3 races and pizzas to finish! Looking forward to going back

Really great fun with the family for our boys 14th birthday. Staff were great & the track was challenging enough for us - a good all round day which wasn’t overly expensive.

My son got in a go kart for the first time yesterday, something he’s waited a very long time for. Every single member of staff we dealt with was exceptional (special mentions to Chloe, Sam and Dan) - their help, support and encouragement was superb. He made excellent progress in lap times and was delighted by the end of it. Signed up as a member and got him kitted out before we left. Really excited to be at the start of a long relationship with this team at this venue.

Matt booked us in and Chloe F, Luke D, Dan D were bar duty. All really friendly and enthusiastic.



Bradley was the first host for our track 1 sessions before we did the Unlimited karting for the Full track! Took an amazing photo of us and looked after us. Thank you Bradley!



This was mine and Ami's second time doing the full 800m track, it was a lot of fun. This track is very challenging, top floor quick, going down that ramp to middle floor feels amazing, bottom floor testing your timing skills, braking in the right places, not accelerating too quickly, get this wrong you lose a lot of time. The track as a whole is amazing!



Chloe B and Kristy were hosts for the unlimited, did an amazing job. Played the right type of music to kept us busy between each sessions, as it was freezing in the building. Thank you Chloe B and Kristy for making the evening amazing and keeping the atmosphere an all time high!



The marshalling was 110%, quick with the lights and always watching! A big thank you to all the marshals Kieran, Tavice, Sarah, Joe and Luke S!

Our day was made totally magical with a family of 5, top class support for our 12yr old boy with Autism, it simply couldn't had been anything other than fantastic.

I took my son here for his birthday on Sunday at 11. Quick briefing and suited up. Very professional outfit and very friendly. The karts and the course is great. I will be back at a later date and hope to do the full 800 metre course 👍

I cannot praise Ashley and his team @ Crawley highly enough. I've visited this particular venue twice now and don't have anything to complain about.

Always found everyone working very well togerher as a team, so very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

I've organised my birthday do at Crawley with some of my family and very close friends on Saturday 5th August. Looking forward to it immensely. Thank you Ash for booking me and my mate for Saturday, much appreciated. I'd highly recommend this circuit and I'll be a regular user.

I can't rate TeamSport Karting Crawley high enough. Excellent venue, excellent track and helpful friendly staff. I would highly recommend. Thank you to all the staff that made it such a fun filled day to remember.

Had works do here, quality racing, good karts, well organised, would defo come again

Great place, used team sport a bunch of times before. First time at this branch the track is great and the staff made it a great laugh with minimal waiting around, will be coming back and highly recommend! ���

Great morning spent with the usually hard to entertain teenagers and younger siblings. All had a fantastic spin around the track and were made to feel most welcome. We have our return tickets so we will be back.

A First for all of us, group of 7 aged from 13 - 55 Got there early as you need to sign in, and get kitted up. It was busy but the staff were very helpful and professional. At all times, safety was unlined but in a friendly way. Track side was the same and my son got all the help he asked for. The racing was get fun but dads being dads was competitive lol. We are looking forward to our returning.

Well organised but maybe strict on black flags. Touching the barrier and telling us how to drive, not necessary. Not strict on aggressive overtaking which was surprising (and enjoyable). Track was small and tight, very difficult to pass which encourages creativity :)

We had a great time but there was just one thing there was one father there on the track with my son and my self and he was a been a bit rough toward my son by pushing him into the side he should of been blacked flagged . My son who is only ten was quite upset. But we will be back. All the staff where all helpful.

We did the 2 times 15 minutes session which was 60 laps, raced on top track yesterday not as good as the ground floor one, too many slow speed corners. Since the Dec upgrade the changing room, briefing room and bar are much better.

Really good team outing. Need to work on timings....., only criticism

I took my son there for his 13th birthday with his 2 cousins in February and he had a brilliant time, the staff are very professional and polite . I went back to race with my sisters and nephews and raced on the big track, yet again it was brilliant the staff were very professional and polite . Would definitely recommend them !!

Great place friendly helpful staff

We took our son as he had a voucher for his birthday. Unfortunately with the number of adults and 3 other children booked into the session he lost his confidence and didn't race. He was very upset... would you ever offer a practice lap with maybe son and father alone on the track? If he had been able to do that first I'm sure he would have had the confidence to race. It was the unknown with a big group that freaked him! Such a shame and loss of a birthday treat voucher 😕

If you're going to undertake a 200k refurb then you might want to think about the condensation issue! Turning up with my son on his birthday with his friends to be told he couldn't race was not impressive.

Won't be coming back.

Dont book your child's birthday party here! We had booked my daughters party there today and it was badly organised from the minute we walked through the door, no one appeared to know where we should be or what was happening, my daughter and her 8 friends aged 8 to 10 years were showed a brief video that was pitched more to adults than their age group as a briefing and nothing further at all was explained to them, either on safety on track or how to operate the go kart which to me posed a safety risk but you assume the company knows what it's doing if they sell these party packages, so the kids were all put in the go karts and within 5 minutes the staff then brought them all back off the track and I was told they are bumping into the barriers and therefore were too unsafe to race... Not surprising when no one has explained to the kids what to do! The staff had no idea how to deal with the children and subsequently spoke to them in a completely inappropriate manner which resulted in them being very upset, when I questioned what was going on I was spoken to in an equally rude manner, the Manager wouldn't take ownership off the situation and appeared to have no idea how to deal with the situation. I asked why they were selling a children's party package for kids 8 years and over if they then weren't going to let them race, as had I know this could happen I wouldn't have booked the party as I would not have wanted to risk the chance of the disappointment caused by not being able to race - no one was able to answer this question for me. I then had to argue with them for the next 30 minutes as to what they intended to do as my daughter and her friends were stood there and had to negotiate that they at least provided the food element of the party we had paid for as well, had I not argued this point I believe we would just have been left with no racing or food for the kids....absolutely disgusting service from start to finish I will not ever go back and will ensure as many people as possible are aware of this so their children don't have to be subjected to the upset and disappointment that my daughter and her friends were today. I had asked my complaint to be escalated to the general manager however I won't hold my breath waiting from a response from him if today's customer service level is anything to go by.
