Tears came out to me this morning when my car decided to play up on the A47. They were there half an hour before the stated time, fixed it in fifteen minutes. Didn't catch the guys name but he was a star, knew immediately what was wrong & was funny too despite the rain!

Brilliant service!

Superb recovery outfit!!

Recovered my 4.5 ton motorhome today for the AA after a roadside fix couldn't be done. Two professional guys who could not have done more to be pleasant and helpful. Thanks folks....much appreciated.

Professional ran family business who treat you how you would expect from a best friend keep up the good work

Please pass on our thanks to your driver Chris who recovered my 21 year old daughter from Hunstanton last night expecting to hand her over to another recovery firm in Norwich. Unfortunately, due to the appalling service from the RAC, she would have been left stranded in Norwich, as the handover company did not arrive and no one answered the calls. Thank you Chris for bringing her all the way home to Lowestoft and then having your additional 2 hour journey back home. You were great, especially after such a long day!!

Not sure of the recovery drivers name but came out to our daughters Clio that had overheated in King's Lynn. Was very courteous and friendly and soon had the car back on the road again. Thanks very much

I was in the unfortunate position of needing my campervan recovered and the RAC sent you to my rescue.

It was all straight forward, but never having been it that situation before, I was quite apprehensive.

The driver was so helpful and got rid of any worries I had.

So, Thank you

Had to make my first claim on my Greenflag policy today, I called and requested someone came out to my Subaru that had a flat battery luckily on my drive. As it wasn’t an emergency I called this morning to greenflag and reported it, said I got home from work 6.30pm so Greenflag was very helpful and booked my slot between 6.30pm-8.30pm and Tears Recovery were instructed and the lovely chap sent (sorry didn’t get his name. Lives in Quadring) arrived within the timeframes promised and was extremely helpful. He jump started my car but unfortunately my battery was knackered when he did the readings, as expected to be honest, and needed a new one. Luckily he looked at the job details before he came as I knew it was a flat battery so reported this to Greenflag and he had brought a new battery with him just in case so paid to have this replaced and all within 15 minutes of him arriving. Excellent service considering whilst we called his office to make payment he was telling me how flat out they have been this evening and from a similar kind of industrie can appreciate how hard it can be. Please pass on my thank you ��

Had my alternator go on my freelander so had to call green flag....tears were sent out to me.. very nice helpful guy who got us going again..great service

Can't thank Martin and Terry enough when car caught fire looked after me and the wife exceptionally.

Brilliant company. Thankyou so much for your very careful handling of our camper when your chap came to pick him up from Titchwell on Saturday. Please thank your recovery operative for us, he was an excellent example of how these things should be done with an older vehicle.



As well as that, you were 90 minutes early on the given time! Hurrah!

Arrived within an hour, took me to their base to get sorted out. I think just about everyone has made sure I knew I could help myself to a coffee in the waiting area. The staff here and the recovery driver have all be friendly and kept me informed of the progress of the "repair". I'm just glad that my employer is picking up the bill.

What the hell shittest company ever called for assistance at 4pm was told 90 minutes and still waiting at nearly 9pm been fobbed off too many times major complaint and request for compensation going in tomorrow!!!!!

Unbelievable incompetence today by Tears around Wisbech with the shambolic attempt at recovering and transporting a lorry. Hope the fine they should get is appropriate to the inconvenience caused to thousands of motorists. Other recovery companies are available.
