Walked in with a broken phone fixed in 30mins lovely service and friendly. I would recommend family and friends to visit .!

Very helpful. I had broken the screen on my iphone while trying to change the battery. Despite subtle problems caused by me yanking the internal connection wires about, the shop persevered in fixing the phone at no extra charge.

Tech corner at coulby Newham absolutely brilliant , very friendly and approachable staff , quick at returning phone calls answering the phone take time to talk to customers they tell u exactly how it is no hidden charges I was very impressed with the service even when I came home and had trouble resetting my phone a member of staff talked me through from beginning to end thank you I'm one very happy customer and will definitely recommend �

Staff are lovely .... Always come here for any problems with phones and they go the extra mile ... Recommend it to family and friends

My husband and I have been in today for batteries for our phones, the young lad was a credit to the shop. Nothing was too much trouble and any questions were answered giving us the knowledge we needed. We were treated with complete respect and the prices were exceptional and fair. If you need to have any tech stuff sorted, get yourselves down here. Thankyou for a great customer experience and good laughs were had by all. Will go back if I need any tech stuff answers - Thankyou

Tech corner is good for a quick fix but I bought a iPhone 5s which was grade B a couple of dinks on the phone. Respectable. But so many things were wrong with it! The mechanics of it like the torch and the camera didn't work and the home button!! Then I showed them they helped me and fixed it! But like a said a quick fix and a couple of weeks later it's back to normal and I went back 3 times!! They then said we can swap phones and I said fine coz I'm sick of this one breaking!! Then I got an identical phone which sempt to work fine! But the button was loose! I put up with it but I was sick of it so took it back to tech corner they fixed it again which was really good of them but then couple of weeks later it started falling out again so I had a look on internet on how to repair phones coz I cba to go back to tech corner and I found that inside there were about 5 screws missing and the screen was not fixed in properly as there was no screws or screw holes at the bottom to fix to the phone!! I'm so angry because of all the time I have spent messing around with the phones and taking it to tech corner over and over again!!!!

Moral of the story don't buy anything from here they get cheep stuff and sell for terribly high prices! Not happy!!! Now I am stuck with this phone and the screen keeps falling out coz there are no screws holding it in!!!!!! So angry. I hope they do something about their grading because this phone shouldn't have been a grade B at all!! And I also bought an iPad on the same day and they said it was sold as a grade A and then they said this isn't a grade A and said had I made the dinks I was like no I had it in my case since I bought it! Not happy one little bit!

I rang before going to the shop told exactly what was wrong with the phone, the lady on the phone quoted £50. I got to the shop after travelling all the way and paying to park, I said I’m the lady who rang. She then did something around the corner I couldn’t see, then said £80. I did then say back her words of you quoted £50, I came to you because it was £50 and you have nearly doubled the price. As I don’t like confrontation, I rang the shop back said is there anything you can do. I’ve travelled all the way😞 she and another colleague just kept saying £80, £80. Shame as I would of paid the £80 if I was actually quoted 1st hand, and didn’t feel as if I was being ripped off to my face.



Rather than just paying it my phone is now being fixed for cheaper than originally quoted. So in a way, win for me.
