Completed new SIPS detached House. After 2 years in planning, and 1 year in construction the SIPS house (Structurally Insulated Panel System) in East Sheen, London, is now complete. We had to combine various emerging technologies with traditional methods to resolve the technical detail on this project. The house is not only completed to a breathtaking finish, it boasts an Energy efficiency Rating of 95 or "A", the EPC scale doesn't go much higher than that!

Bespoke bedroom wardrobe and hideaway laundry. We created these spaces within the upper floors of the new house to take the laundry working area up close to where laundry is actually stored and used! Even if you don't have original bricks or ones that are in good condition, on your internal walls, you can use what are called "brick slips", which are essentially10-15mm strips cut off the front face of bricks. They are fixed to a substrate and mortar is used to point them as normal.
