TECHouse London is working with ReSpace Projects LTD to bring about something that will truly change the landscape of startups in London.

ReSpace Projects works with community projects to acquire the short term use of buildings in the dormant periods while they wait for planning permission.

They have already seen amazing successes with the Craftery in Newham and the famous Hive Dalston.

In the last 2 years ReSpace Projects has helped the community access space for over 100 art exhibitions to launch, 50 + musicians to launch their careers and provide over 300 workshops on growing your own food, using solar power and getting ahead in business.

We're partnering with ReSpace to provide young people in London the opportunity archive their goals of launching a successful business.

How many business ideas can you think of that would have changed the world if only they'd been given the proper support in the pre seed funding stage?

TECHouse London is currently taking applications from solopreneurs from all over London to give them the chance of a lifetime. A free place to live and work in central London until they reach the stage where they have a minimum viable product that they can use to pitch for funding.

We have a strong vetting process and we have conducted months of research into the kinds of projects the major funding agencies are looking to fund and the times they start accepting applications.

Alongside long term support we also offer daily mentoring and business coaching sessions to help residents stay focused and hit their targets.

We also host regular events with representatives from the major funding agencies coming along to help residents get to know exactly what they're looking for. All of which are sponsored by pizza and beer companies and for those who prefer caffeine we are also in talks with RedBull for sponsorship too!

The house takes just 5% of the successfully funded projects to feed back into running costs that enable us to continue providing the great services we aim to offer.

So we're calling all developers, graphic designers, free thinkers and visionaries to join us on this journey from idea to innovation and make sure these ideas that may just change the world don't just fissile out and die as yet another potential superstar in the making goes back to working 9-5.
