The other night I received a sincere apology from the really nice man that owns the company. Yes I was upset that the night before my delivery took longer than expected. He really didn't need to go the extra mile to say sorry but he did and it meant a lot. Excellent customer service. Thanks again

The cookie doughs are unreal! We’ve had red velvet, milky bar & the creme egg! The people who work there are lovely too, really friendly!xx

Ordered and collected twice! Frigging yummiest things ever! Only one tiny thing.. the cookie dough the first time was quite cooked .. not really a cookie dough..more an actual cookie.. 2nd time.. was blooming perfect and much more like a dough ! More like that pleeeeeease.

We will deffo be back!! And have spread the word how gud it was.

Ok.. credit where credit is due. They had issues last night with delivery that resulted in us not getting our order. But to turn up with our delivery today as a gesture of good will was unexpected and above and beyond. Fair play. Now to tuck in �

My girls favourite new place. We've ordered twice now. The first time we collected as I'd heard bad things re delivery, then last night we had desserts delivered as my little girl was ill and it must have came in about half the time stated. � and the usual good quality. Thank you

It's always good, haven't had a bad one yet. Kids love the different flavour ice creams available, I just love the oreo cookie dough. Also great delivery service

I usually take my daughter there virtually every other day, she likes to try different things and has always really enjoyed everything, to be fair I myself have had a couple of cakes and milkshakes and loved them. What else is really good is the boss himself he always has a smiles and makes you feel very welcome, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will be giving some leaflets out to people at work. Thank you for having delicious desserts. X

1st time ordering - won’t be the last! Gorgeous deserts delivered by a charming young man much faster than we expected on a Sat night. 5*

The milk chocolate cookie dough was nice. There wasn't a spec of vanilla in the 'French vanilla' ice cream, it tasted like an own brand store bought vanilla ice cream. The strawberry milkshake was made using milk/ice cream and the strawberry sauce that ice cream women/men use, so tasted artificial and not a fresh strawberry in sight. The flake cake is artificial tasting and dry too, you can tell the chocolate cake is made using cocoa powder and doesn't contain any actual chocolate. The icing tastes weird - greasy and bland and doesn't taste sweet at all.

I wonder whether the cakes are mass produced and bought in rather than made on site because they don't taste home made or made with love, they taste artificial.

Delivery was early so can't fault that. Overall left feeling disappointed and won't be in any rush to order again.

Desserts tasted nice although I personally think rather small portions also delivery took an hour and ten minutes so wasn't that impressed.

Not happy at all. Spent alot of money and waited nearly 2 hours for the food and then had to pay for delivery on top which wasn't on the bill. The desserts weren't brilliant either...dont know what all the fuss is about. Won't be ordering again.

Had my first teddylicious last week really wasn't impressed waffle was rock hard couldn't cut it my daughter said her cookie dough wasn't very nice either although my son did enough the rainbow cake disappointed as had heard good reviews

First order and i ended up cancelling as it was getting to late .....

was told an hour then told another 20 mins

Disappointing especially when you take the customers phone number and dont call to say your running behind

I have a catering van and if my orders were so late id have no buisness

Customer service needs to be a priority .....

Extremely dissatisfied with my order, food was ok but waited 1 hour and 45 mins and we rang up three times to chase up the order , each time was told that the order was only 2 mins away , after the third phone call we just decided to wait after already waiting and hour and 15 mins the order then took an extra half an hour after being told it was two minutes away , then the food arrived cold the driver didn’t even apologise about the wait
