Welcome to Teeny Greeny Farm - providing fresh produce for local people, restaurants and farmers markets.

We are a small multi-locational farm operating on less than an acre of land. Our farm is made up of fields, back gardens and spaces rented from homeowner.
In exchange for the use of their land, our landowners receive a weekly basket of produce throughout the growing season.
Our farm uses organic practices so you can be sure that anything you get from us is wholesome and free of nasties!

Freshly uncovered micro rocket!
Every 100 grams of raw rocket leaves contain important macronutrients such as carbohydrates, fiber, and proteins; essential micronutrients such as vitamins A, C, K, B2, and folate; and minerals like phosphorus, magnesium, and especially high amounts of potassium and calcium. And that‚Äôs just for starters. Among Brassica microgreens, rocket is thought to have the highest amount of vitamin C and beta carotenes. It also contains indoles, which are phytochemicals with powerful cancer-fighting abilities. Get them inside you! ūüĆĪūüĆĪ

Sprouted seeds are scientifically reported to be the best source of natural occurring vitamins known. How convenient to have it sprouted for us and brought to our door by Teeny Greeny Farm. . I love the different sprouts as a salad with different dressings, and they make sandwiches crunchy and nutritious. Thank you Lee for top quality freshly grown sprouts, Diana x
Popped in on the way home after school on Friday and we picked up 2 boxes of greens. My daughter has a pretty limited diet due to autism but she loved these and ate half a box of the 'spicy mix'!!! Will definitely be back!
Lovely organic food. Can taste the difference. The colour is amazing and it's all fresh and locally grown like it should be. Good to know where it's all been sourced and produced. Looking forward to the spring harvest! ÔŅĹ
Just come home with kale and red cabbage micro greens from Marlborough feast of food having tried the samples. Our son (6 yo & quite fussy) requested them for his dinner, and is savouring each one! Delicious. Thank you. Love the story of how you started Lee, long may your success continue.
