When is the issue of access / egress to the park from the A19 to be addressed, it would make a massive difference to the shopping experience, please don't say it's to difficult as that says to me lack of ambition, it's an issue when it's obvious to anyone who has been stuck in queues to get in or onto the A66 that it's a big problem.

Visited today with my mother, the new Hello centre is very modern and the toilets are ultra smart and clean. We had a lovely conversation with the customer service team, swapping recipe ideas, great service ladies, well done and thank you for making our quick stop a pleasure �

Visited the management suite yesterday to use the toilet facilities.

I Was very impressed with the service ; two very welcoming receptionists and very helpful.

I had my 7 year old son with me and they very kindly told me about the family toilet facilities.

These toilets were very well kept and excellentally laid out

Visited Teesside Park yesterday and my 8 year old daughter left her little toy in Next � She was heartbroken having bought it with her own money less than 24 hours earlier. I messaged the management suite to ask if they could look for it and/or possibly let me know if someone handed it in. Received a message today to say it hadn't been found but they didn't like to hear she was so upset so they bought her a replacement �� I cried when I read the message and we called straight over to collect it �� Thank you sooooooo much to Laura & the rest of the team. We are extremely grateful and truly touched by your kindness, that really is going above and beyond ���

Used the family facilities at teesside park today and couldn't fault it one bit. I was greeted by the lovely reception staff and shown around. There is a lovely family toilet large enough to fit pushchair and also 2 toilets which would be great for older children. Large changing area with plenty of changing tables shouldn't ever have to wait or at least not for long. Feeding rooms have very comfy bench sofa and no distractions for a nosey baby resulting in a very successful feed. Excellent!!!

I'm a visitor to the area and love teesside retail park it has a great new shops.I like the new toilets and the staff are really friendly here to.

My family who live in Teesside have really enjoyed the dinosaurs this summer and got some great photos xx

I visited t park the other day and was blown away by the lady in customer service Laura, She went out of her way to help what a lovely manner nothing seemed to be a bother. Definitely a shining star �

I had my 10 month old little monster with me and I can honestly say I have never came across anywhere on par with the baby facilities, it was lovely not to have to breastfeed uncomfortably. 5 * customer service

I arrived at 1030am from humberside to meet my partners family for new year . I took a restroom break at the “ reception “ between TUI and Sports direct ., kelly the lovely receptionist greeted me as I waited for my partner from the restroom .. unbeknown to me as we left I had left my car keys on the waiting room sofa. Eighty minutes later frantically retracing my steps I decided to go back to reception. To my relief Kelly and restroom lady Sarah had safely kept my keys .. I could have given them gifts but they politely refused ; I could have kissed them but that would have been unprofessional. Suffice to say my embarrassment of misplacing my keys were salvaged by these lovely ladies . I can’t speak highly of them! Teesside should be proud

Great place to shop, fantastic clean facility building with fabulous toilets. Must mention Kelly on front desk who is very friendly and polite.

I have a 7yr old and 2yr old boy/girl twins one in nappies one without and the family room is the best I have ever seen. Spacious to fit my double pushchair in easily and facilities for all of us together. Even a separate WC for privacy if needed.

The staff are fantastic too!

Excellent baby changing and feeding facilities. Clean, spacious and comfortable to feed. Very friendly staff. I don't normally rate baby facilities but I was that impressed by these I had to compliment the lady on reception on the way out. Thank you!

Clark's shoes were great yesterday not only were they OK l was late as my child only had sandels on I had to go and buy socks as he was stressed bout getting feet measured without socks on as this would b uncomfortable but they were understanding bout him been autistic and wanted to b measured at other side of shop away from chaos

Been to Teesside Park today to buy school shoes and uniform for my 4 year old daughter and my 8 year old son. Went into the new toilet facilities in the corner and they were beautiful. We were greeted in the reception by a lovely lady who informed us of the "family" toilet facility. The family toilet facility is inside of the huge baby change/feeding room. There is a big toilet cubicle that has 2 toilets and a big double trough sink. This is a brilliant and well thought out facility for when you are with a bigger child of the opposite sex. My 8 year old son doesn't want to go into ladies toilets and equally when my husband has the kids out I don't want my 4 year old daughter to be going into the gents toilets!

If i was going to give this center an 5 star then it needs more better shops, Bigger parking like underground parking and some more shops not boring cloths shop it really needs more game shops and some cafes that are like takeway once and not just normal slandered shops as this place is almost like redcar where 50% of shops are closed down due to the greedy people the gov and everyone knows that true like as you need to know that next year from what iv found and been told that business rates are going up next year not sure how much but i know this as why would the price for an item but that much just not because there greedy for the money its due to high rates for the center and its just no wonder why so many shops had to close down as the only shop your going to see are nothing shops with nothing in them! so please people keep your ideas and feedback worldwide to the public and tell the gov what we really do want in teesside shopping park as well as redcar!

Absolutely sick of walking around Teesside park. Why, as there is the burger bar, various food bars plonked outside the main shops I want to go into. Which makes me utterly � I do not want the smell of dead and rotting corpses when I go shopping.

Teesside park, what a joke one and a half hours to get on and off in total tonight. 19.30 they had shut the place down nealy. Anyway thanks to the drivers who let me out tonight damn nice of you, and advise for anyone else planning a trip there Dont bother go to the metro centre instead.

Really disappointed today. Visited with my two dogs, 1 is a four month old puppy so visiting would be a good experience for him. Teeside park have advertised that they are dog friendly, they are NOT. Most shops wouldn't let us in at all and had no dog signs up. We went in sports direct who then asked us to leave as we had to carry the dogs, at 10 and 15 kgs this was not possible. There was also only one dog bowl round the whole of the shops. The only shop that let us in happily was the game. Disgusted that you think this makes you dog friendly. Please stop advertising this if shops are not onboard. �

Please water your trees, the ones in boxes outside m&s . They are just dying. I asked in the management suite and they said the trees have no future. Well donate them to somewhere they have a future.

Animals are not for you to display like ornaments. These animals are able to feel just as humans are. Why are you exploiting them in this way? It just looks pathetic and desperate in today's supposedly enlightened age. A very poor show indeed.
