Lions fan Zach Jackson who is 7 and attends St Joseph's primary school in Middlesbrough is a big fan of the Lions and drew his favourite player Charles Copeland.

Lions u14s finish runners up in Durham League and third place in national league, one position above the local rivals Mohawks.
The results have been finalised by BE following the premature end of the season due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
This achievement should not be underestimated considering this team won only two games last season in their first year of competitive basketball and almost beat the two teams above them.

Happy Mother's Day to all the mums out there who are experiencing a weird and restricted day. Also to the vulnerable Mothers who are unable to have visitors and finally to the incredible Lions basketball mums who support their kids in the sport they love!

Great to see so many keeping active with our shooting workout. When we return to normality we will be fitter and better than ever!

Panic-Buying Our suggestion is to close all supermarkets and take online deliveries only.
People who are not familiar with online shopping can have friends or family in the community help, and there has been many people offering their support.
... A telephone service could also be introduced that could place orders for those who don't have the means.
Pointlessly driving around searching and hoping to replenish groceries is counter productive to the overall effort.
Ordering online can also ration amounts so that sensible and orderly purchasing can be delivered.
