Temples are not “Normal” Estate Agents we act for landlord clients looking to dispose of existing investment property; home owners who wish to sell a property that is suitable for “buy to let” and owners of Leasehold property (typically flats & apartments).

If you are interested in viewing /buying through us we would need to first meet and discuss in detail exactly how we work. We are happy to visit you at home, however we strongly recommend you come to our office as we will have all the books, records and information to hand.

All properties for sale and marketed by Temples will first require an initial meeting with our property investment adviser, during which a confidentiality disclosure document will be required to be signed prior to any detailed information /copy documentation being provided and viewings arranged /undertaken.


Temples Letting & Tenancy Management


Our most popular Letting service and includes strategic, proactive marketing, which is designed to achieve our landlords the right tenants at the best possible rent.

Once the right tenant has been found, comprehensive references, credit behavior and financial checks are made by Temples and reported to you for approval.

We will advise you on all aspects of letting regulations to ensure you do not fall foul of regulations and standards.

Our in house Inventory Clerk will produce an Inventory and schedule of condition for your property.

We will if required arrange for your property to be professionally cleaned.

We will hold appropriate damage deposits, which will only be returned once Temples have conducted and completed a satisfactory “check out”.

We will carry out periodic visits to the property to ensure that your asset is being looked after to an acceptable standard.

Any maintenance, decoration or minor building works can also be dealt with by Temples.

Rent collected on your behalf is paid direct to you from us, minimising any aggravation for you with a monthly statement for your records.
