So we wanted to decorate a property from the outside. All looked okay from the ground. when we got very close we saw the below. We put a brush to wood, and it came crumbling off. Repairs like this need very careful planning and consideration. To make it ready for decoration. You cannot just paint over it! which we have seen decorators do.!

We recently came across a Landlord who wanted inspections for greater than +5 properties in Kingston, and for us to write up what repairs were needed. Two were betting shops: Built in the 60s and looked like they had not been touched since the 70s. We met a gambler inside the betting shop and he told us he was a builder who used to help maintain the properties in the 60s, and he provided us proof for our guess!

We recently went to Toronto and were surprised with cleansiness and the state of the clean neighbourhoods. Far cry from London. Much is vested in the new attitudes of residents and borough objectives.
