The service we received from Terry, Mark and the team at Terrence Lett has been absolutely second to none. They literally went to the ends of the earth to source us the right diamond for my fiancés custom engagement ring (literally! Antwerp, Belgium and India). The whole team always have a smile on their face, and go the extra mile at every step of your purchase. The aftercare has been incredible and I'll be recommending them to absolutely everyone. We'll be going back.

Always a little worrying online but I have to say that this transaction was as smooth as could be - Communications were great with Emails answered very quickly. Letts were the only place that had the TAG Connected in the model I wanted at RRP and not at a grossly inflated price like some places. All in all a very satifactory purchase - I would definitely do business with Terence Lett again. Brilliant
