Well 2017 has been the most incredible year of my life. I have grown and carried my beautiful baby boy for 9 months and brought him into this world. He is already growing into the most adorable cheeky monkey I could have ever wished for. However I have always been body conscious and having grown huge when I was pregnant I Now have a lot of excess weight I would like to shift. 2018 is my year to get fit and healthy. I need to be the healthiest I can be to be the best mummy I can. In January I will be doing the Arbonne 30 days to healthy living and beyond, a vegan detox program designed to detox the body from the inside out.
