I have been shopping here for more than 3 years. Staff are really helpful and it's not really crowded except for lunch. The only thing i don't like is that they keep changing item places. They have good discounts too.

It's a really tight shop, but it has great selection. Queues are long in busy times.

whilst the staff are generally lovely the management leave a lot to be desired ... the way one manager spoke to a till operator recently was absolutely terrible and the cashier was a better person than me as he dealt with it in a very professional manner ... not really impressed to be honest
also had problem with esso fuel card machine not working was told to come back and pay within 7 days , went in to pay 4 days later said they couldnt do it on the esso card had to be a credit card .... could only charge the esso card within 24 hrs of the transaction ? why give him a chit for payment within 7 days if he had to do it within 24 hrs ?? you tell me ... esso hayes too much stress
