Very dissapointed with tescos express I bought a few bits and was using self service and asked for some tobacco and was told they cudnt hand it to me for security reasons and that I had to rejoin the queue which was about 8 customers deep as they only had 1 person on the till while 2 were chatting on the shop floor needless to say I wasn't happy so paid for my shopping and left and won't b using that store again

Very avarage. No free champagne or Indian head massages offered at all.
Why text me to rate my shopping experience in a convenience store? It's food shopping not a restaurant or hotel.
