Yesterday I tripped over a wheel in the store and fell on the floor about midday all the staff were fantastic the first aider was Michelle and she was great cannot praise the staff enough you were all FANTASTIC I am a retired nurse and your caring and thoughts were brill all the shoppers in the vicinity were also so good you all could not do enough for me. I did go to the hospital in the end (families!) I have torn muscles no fractures. I just wanted to use this opportunity to tell you and the world THANKYOU. THANKYOU THANKYOU Christine Sandmann

It was early in the morning but all staff were polite and friendly. One customer moaned about floors being cleaned as they were getting in her way. I stuck up for the member of staff cleaning, after all it's a 24 hour store and has to be cleaned. Thank you to all the staff yesterday.

I like shopping here for my free from food, although more expensive than sainsbury /morrisson , so it will not be unless I have a vouchure.

thank you Tesco for having all your chilled free from in the same place now much better! took me a while to find it though as its been moved from its normal place and there were no staff to ask. but please do something re disabled parking, while I was unloading my trolley a lady parked next to me walked very quickly into the store came back and then ate her lunch without any sign of a blue badge being displayed the disabled bays were full until I left leaving one space so if anyone had come she was taking the space without a care or a thought of someone disabled

You changed the signs in the shops, now their tiny ones on the end, and none in the middle. On a plus point you moved ritz crackers away from breakfast section to the crisps and snacks...perhaps biscuits is a better shout ?

We salvaged a stolen trolley and have called 4 times and called in stored to get it collected. Each time we were promised a collection within 48 hours. Surprise it's still in the garden a week later! Not a garden feature I want. Disappointed Tesco.

The older lady who serves in the cafe has a serious attitude problem and is not customer focused at all ! The new cafe feels a lot colder as if there is a permanent draft.

Every day I visit your store to buy lunch, I’m a creature of habit, so I have done for years.

Over the last few years, you have implemented systems that facilitate you to employ less and less staff and requires us as customers to have second jobs, working for free in your stores.

As if this wasn’t poor enough customer service, the machines you provide, to enable us to be in your employ (unpaid) are programmed to treat us all like thieves.

First it was the unmanned tills constantly calling for attention and now it’s the hand scanners “randomly selecting” us for a check.

It’s only Tuesday, and guess what, I have been “randomly selected” twice this week.

Today I only had 1 item, for goodness sake.

Either provide more staff and serve us, or trust us to be honest !

Or I for one will shop elsewhere!

Staff member was ok in the restaurant. The scrambled egg however was watery and tasteless. No packets of white sugar and when told the other member of staff just stated over her shoulder that they'd run out and told her colleague to get sugar cubes. I thought this was unprofessional and why hadn't stock been checked and kept in plentiful supply

Prices are going up, our store had piles of rubbish on the floor yesterday in two places, including food items and so many of their self scanning tills do not work. Still a good selection in most areas but why do they rearrange the store so no-one can find things? We just end up buying less on protest. We’re still very unhappy that low spending friends still regularly get “Spend x get £y off” but we never do as we are regular shoppers. This is not how you treat loyal customers. We are starting to look and shop elsewhere.

Looks like they've had another revamp, now a big open area where the loo rolls were, just a choice of two types in a big display on the floor, when I asked the person working in the area, if I here was more, she pointed to a shelf next to bottles of cider, where there were just another two types. Who comes up with these great ideas of putting, dog food, Nutella, loo rolls and cider, all on one shelving system?

I use this store 2 or 3 mornings a week at around 5am. Generally pleased with it however this morning I was made to scan my own weekly shop though a self serve till as I was informed that due to works being carried out they had removed his usual trolley till and if he moved to the next one (2 foot further back he could not see the self serve tills). When I said that people with trolleys shouldn't be made to use these tills he informed me that his manager has told him that he's not there to sit on a till, he's there to watch the self scan.

Very poor show Tesco.

(Will post picture in comment).

Disappointed Tesco! Not your finest moment! You have just installed touch screens in your click & collect department, where you need to take a ticket and watch the screen for your number to be served (no audio available). I'm visually impaired and my Guide Dog, clever as he is can't operate touch screens!

The air pressure pump left me stuck for one and half hours with a flat tyre- no refund for the money I put in

So I haven’t been to this store for a very long time but had to use up some old vouchers & placed on order with Tesco Direct. Armed with my email confirmation I arrived today to find a crowd of people waiting to be served at a now unmanned counter. Others before me had been waiting 20 mins despite being advised staff were on their way the wait continued. The ticket machine which pings the staffs attention on a hand held machine gave up & wouldn’t give out anymore tickets. Still no one came. Finally 1 member of staff turned up & could only do 1 order at a time. Apologies were made but this service is woeful. If this is your expected Xmas service & soon to be Black Friday god help everyone.

Also while I was in store I visited the ladies toilet every cubicle was dirty & there was poo on the floor in one stall.

Won’t be using Tesco Direct again.

Informed security of a teenager who was shoplifting items, gave a description and where the person was in the store and the security person did absolutely nothing. Instead continued to flirt with a customer and chat with a colleague.
